DEPOPULATION OF NUCLEAR AGGRESSOR DOCTRINE: Indian Doctrine of Depopulation of Nuclear Aggressor would deter any Islamic preemptive nuclear strike against India. India should unequivocally declare to Pakistan that in case of any Pakistani nuclear strike against India, India would use conventional weapons to occupy Pakistan, publicly hang its entire Male Population, and permanently occupy its Lands, Resources, and Women. If any other Islamic Nation would join the war in favor of Pakistan, then India would also conquer that Islamic Nation and publicly hang its entire male population. Indian Nuclear Doctrine of Depopulation of Nuclear Aggressor would deter even the most fanatic terrorist Islamic State, from making a nuclear strike against India. Indian Nuclear Doctrine threatens that the mandatory consequence of any nuclear strike against India would be the mandatory execution of invaders’ entire male population and the permanent occupation of invaders’ lands resources and women. The DNA Doctrine is designed to control the damages arising out of the sibling rivalry of two nuclear powers. India the elder brother deters the sibling brother Pakistan from undertaking preemptive nuclear strikes against India, threatening that the latter would lose his legs, wives, and lands. The DNA Doctrine threatens Pakistan that India’s response to Pakistan’s nuclear strike would be to execute its entire male population, and occupation of its lands and women. Pakistan would become a part of India, and its women become Hindus, in case of any preemptive nuclear strikes against India.      

 

Pak Bomb No Threat to India:

NO INDO-PAK NUCLEAR WAR: There is no threat of a Pakistani nuclear attack on India. As a nation, both Pakistan and India resemble poisonous rattlesnakes rather than pigeons. Rattlesnakes would fight each other to death, but would never bite to poison each other, similarly the sense of self-preservation of Brown Race would rule out the use of nuclear weapons against each other. Most likely both nuclear Pakistan and India would fight on the same side in the Third World War. India and Pakistan have fought three Wars, but neither side bombed the civilian targets. No one believes that Pakistan would attack Indian civilian targets in the next Indo-Pakistan War. There is no likelihood that Pakistan would use nuclear weapons against India. It is illogical to believe that Pakistan would risk its entire male population and the loss of its lands and women in Pakistan to pursue its anti-Hindu designs. India and Pakistan should sign a treaty guaranteeing the No-First-Use of Nuclear Weapons against each other. 

 

INDIA-PAKISTAN NOT ETERNAL ENEMIES: The fundamental problem of Indian Foreign Policy is to explain that Nuclear Pakistan is not an eternal enemy of India. One day Nuclear India and Nuclear Pakistan would rejoin to create a Brown Aryan Super Power. Hindu India could also align with Nuclear Pakistan and other leading Islamic nations to challenge the White Christian domination of the world. Answer to these fundamental questions would determine Nuclear India’s response to Nuclear Pakistan.

 

INDIA CANNOT DEPOPULATE PAKISTAN: India should deter Pakistani nuclear attack on India, by developing a New Nuclear Weapon Doctrine. The doctrine shall unequivocally outline the Indian response to any Pakistani Nuclear attack. Indian Nuclear Weapons doctrine should unequivocally declare response to Pakistan’s nuclear threat. Tough Nuclear doctrine would deter Pakistani nuclear attack and promote peace in the subcontinent. India should threaten Pakistan that in case of any attack on India, India would be forced to depopulate Pakistan and merge Pakistan into India. Pakistan would never risk the mandatory execution of its entire adult male population just to satisfy sibling rivalry with India or to please China and Pakistan. Pakistan will never undertake a preemptive nuclear strike against India, if it knew that India would retaliate by mandatory execution of its entire male population. Pakistan remembers 1971 surrender of General Niazi, along with 100,000 Pakistani soldiers.

 

NO FEAR OF PREEMPTIVE STRIKES: There is no fear of an Indian preemptive nuclear strike against Pakistan. India should never use nuclear weapons against Pakistan, as it would contaminate the river system of the Subcontinent. India rather than retaliating against Pakistan should retaliate with nuclear strikes against countries providing nuclear assistance to Pakistan. India should retaliate against Islamic allies of Pakistan.

 

 

Christian-Islamic Conspiracy:

NUCLEAR PAKISTAN IN THE AGE OF CIVILIZATIONAL WARS: India and China are not enemies in the Clash of Civilizations. India and Pakistan are not enemies in the Age of Civilizational Wars. Muslim Pakistan and Hindu India are allies in the Clash of Civilizations. Hindu and Catholic civilizations are on a collusion course in the Clash of Civilizations. Christian nations transferred nuclear weapons designs and nuclear technology to Pakistan to incite a nuclear exchange in South Asia to check the civilization of pagan Hindus. Hindu response to this Christian conspiracy will be to help Pakistan use its newly acquired nuclear weapon status, to lead the Islamic civilization meet the threat of Western Christendom. Catholic, Protestant and Sunni civilizations have aligned to destabilize Orthodox and Hindu civilizations. 

 

CONSPIRACY OF CHINA AND UNITED STATES: The United States conspired with China to destabilize India. China and United States conspired to ignite an Indo-Pakistan nuclear conflagration. China and the United States could be frightened of Hindu and Islamic Nuclear Bombs because it made South Asia militarily more powerful than the Far East.

 

HINDU-MUSLIM ALLIANCE: The Hindu World and Islamic worlds could enter a strategic alliance to keep Europe and Christianity out of Asia and Africa. Christian United States helped Pakistan develop Islamic Atom Bomb to beat pagan Hindu India. India should turn the tables and promote a Global Hindu-Islamic Alliance to challenge the domination of the White Christians. It would also lessen the threat of Islamic Bomb to India. Germany, France, and Britain have joined in the United Europe. India and Pakistan should also join into a confederation to form United Aryan States, (UAS). India should not prejudge Islamic Atom Bomb as worse than Christian Atom Bomb. Christians helped develop the Islamic Atom Bomb to beat Hindus. Nuclear Hindu India could enter a military alliance with Nuclear Muslim Pakistan, to protect the Islamic and Hindu worlds from Christian missionaries. Any form of Hinduism-Islamic Alliance would promote nuclear peace in the subcontinent.

 

CHRISTIANS INCITE PAK ATOMIC ATTACK ON INDIA: Pakistan could not be a mad fanatic irrational Nation intent upon launching nuclear weapons against India. Christian nations are manipulating Pakistan, to incite a nuclear war in the subcontinent, fearing that nuclear South Asia could overtake Europe. Pakistan is not a mad nation as it belongs to the illustrious Aryan Race. Pakistan though under the influence of China and United States, still it would never trigger a nuclear confrontation to turn South Asia into wastelands. During Muslim rule the wealth of India remained in India. The Mughal rulers did not transfer the wealth of India to foreign Islamic countries. Nuclear Pakistan would never destroy its own homeland. White Christian scholars began forecasting an India-Pakistan Nuclear War by AD 2005; many years before Pakistan conducted its first nuclear test in 1998 AD. Because the western scholars are frightened, that South Asia has two nuclear weapon powers, with the population of 1.4 Billion. United States advised the Chinese to transfer nuclear weapon technology to Pakistan as a part of the conspiracy to scuttle the emergence of a Hindu Nuclear Power. There is Christian, Islamic, and Communist conspiracy to keep Hinduism under check. White Christian powers realized their military weakness during the Vietnam and Afghanistan Wars. Christians reasoned that if Islamic and Hindu Nuclear powers fight then Christians could rule the world. The Islamic Atom Bomb built by assembled Western components would land on a major European City or Tel Aviv before 2002 AD. It could be a fitting reply to the Western conspiracy for transferring nuclear weapons to Pakistan. 

 

INDO-PAK ALLIANCE OF BROWN ARYANS: Nuclear India and Nuclear Pakistan would not remain shortsighted and overlook the opportunities that rest of the world bestows on the new nuclear powers. Neither Pakistan nor India is short sighted. Both realize that nuclear status has many rewards. Perhaps due to the Indo-Pakistan rivalry the Western response would remain at verbal level only. Pakistan is not shortsighted, it is raising the bogey of Indian threats to expedite or legitimize the transfer of the Nuclear weapon technology to the Islamic nations. Nuclear Pakistan has Ottoman blood, so it dreams of being the Caliph of the Islamic world. Pakistan is waiting for an opportunity to conquer the Islamic world. The Nuclear Pakistan would one day become a strategic asset to nuclear India, to deter White nuclear aggressors, having ulterior designs on the South Asian and Middle Eastern Civilizations. Pakistan and India could develop a common front in Africa and Southeast Asia. India cannot argue that what is good for India will not be good for Pakistan, as both India and Pakistan belong to the same brown Aryan Race. India will be willing to share Super Power status with Pakistan; so long, Pakistan does not align with foreign powers to harm the interests of South Asian people.

 

MUSLIMS HATE BIG BROTHER PAKISTAN: As Pakistan hates Big Brother India, then after Pakistan’s nuclear test Iran, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan began to hate Big Brother Pakistan. Muslims have killed more Muslims in war then non-Muslims. Iran would emerge as the main enemy of Pakistan. India should portray Pakistan as an expansionist power determined to gobble up Islamic neighbors. Pakistan would occupy Afghanistan through Taliban and then it could threaten its other neighbors, especially Iran. The Islamic Empire under Pakistan would not be against the national interests of India. Pakistani Islamic Empire would enhance the power and influence of South Asians. South Asia could emerge as the seat of power of Islam, Hinduism, and Buddhism. The United States encourages Chinese northward expansion into Siberia to ward off Chinese threats to Indonesia and Australia. Similarly, India should encourage Pakistan to expand into the Middle East. Westward expansion of Pakistan would promote peace in the Subcontinent. 

 

HINDUS-MUSLIMS CHECK CHRISTIANITY: Islamic Bomb would provide new diplomatic opportunities to India. Pakistan and India could divide the Third World into two Camps, just as the United States and the Soviet Union sought to partition the world into two Camps, after the second world war. China and USA became Allies after having fought as adversaries in the Korean and the Vietnam Wars. Since United States comfortably deals with rouge China and terrorist Pakistan at a strategic level, then India should also develop close strategic alliances with Iran, Iraq, Libya, and Syria. These nations could be Rouge nations according to the United States, but they are good enough for India, as United States also denounces India as a Rouge nation. Since Nuclear India being ostracized as a Rouge nation, so India should lead a military Alliance of Rouge nations. Hindu Nuclear India would align with leading Islamic nations to challenge the common White Christian threat. Islamic world cannot defeat a determined Western economic and cultural invasion, without the support of India.

 

PAKISTAN PLANNED NUCLEAR ATTACK ON INDIA: China and the United States conspired to transfer nuclear explosives and nuclear technology to Pakistan, immediately after the formation of the nationalist Hindu Government in India. This conspiracy would have allowed Pakistan to explode nuclear weapons supplied by China, ahead of India’s tests. Pakistan did not develop Atom Bombs; China gave it to Pakistan with the consent of the United States. China transferred Nuclear Bombs to enable Pakistan to detonate nuclear weapons at very short notice, so that Pakistan may conduct its nuclear tests before India’s nuclear tests. China transferred Atom Bomb designs and components in exchange of Pakistan’s uranium enrichment plant technology. China is reputed to have transferred to Pakistan, a number of ready to use long range Missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads. United States and China had conspired that the UN Security Council would permanently ban any future nuclear tests in South Asia, after Pakistan had conducted its nuclear blast. United States and China would have used the Pakistani Nuclear test, to permanently ban Indian nuclear weapon’s program. China planned that Pakistan after conducting its nuclear test would threaten a preemptive nuclear strike against India. It was an attempt so that the Hindu Government of India might not develop Nuclear Weapons. Pakistan could have planned a preemptive nuclear strike against India, had the CIA known about impending Indian nuclear tests. China has been inciting Pakistani to launch a nuclear strike against Indian nuclear installations. To deter the threat of Pakistan’s preemptive nuclear strikes to India, China wanted to ban any future nuclear tests in South Asia, to keep India permanently at a disadvantage. United States and China desire to keep India non-nuclear, because India alone could replace the United States as the dominant Super Power of the World before 2020 AD India should reply to this conspiracy of the adversaries.

 

Islamic Nuclear Threat to India:

PAKISTAN IS RAISING FEAR AMONG INDIANS: The fundamental problem for the Indian Foreign Policy is to develop a credible Doctrine of Nuclear Weapons to meet Pakistan’s nuclear threat. Pakistan’s nuclear dragon could be just a paper dragon very similar to Chinese Dragon of the Chinese New Year celebrations. China promotes the bogey of Pakistan’s nuclear might to psychologically defeat Hindu India. Pakistan has boasted that Hindus would abandon any nuclear dream, once they realize that Pakistan would also deploy nuclear weapons in competition. Dragon Pakistan would raise fear among Indians that fanatic Pakistan would drop Atom Bombs on India, unless Hindu India abandons its nuclear weapon program. 

 

MUSLIMS USE WEAPONS AGAINST ENEMIES: Any Nuclear Weapon in hands of Islamic Crusaders is very dangerous. We must not forget that the main reason for the victory of Central Asian Muslim invaders was the invention of Gunpowder and Big Cannons. Muslims had Cannons and Hindus did not have Cannons. The cannon was the main weapon that enabled Ottomans in 1453 to conquer Constantinople. Ottomans conquered the capital of the Byzantine Empire, the successors to the Eastern Roman Empire. Cannons allowed Ottomans to massacre and enslave Greek Orthodox Christians in Greece, Albania, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, and Romania. Pakistan had planned to use China supplied nuclear weapons to launch preemptive nuclear strikes against India. Pakistan wanted to partition India. Pakistan wanted to become the Mohammad Ghouri of the twenty-first century. Catholic Western Roman Emperor supported the Islamic Ottoman invasion of Constantinople. Similarly, the West European Christian powers encouraged a Pakistani nuclear attack on Hindu Nuclear India. Christians hoped that nuclear exchange would eliminate the South Asian brown races. Subcontinent accounts for one fifth of worlds’ population. India wills some day align with Pakistan to turn the tide against West Europeans, to use the land invasion’s route of Greek Emperor Alexander, to project the military power of South Asia in the Balkans and Kurdistan. India should redirect Pakistan’s imperial sights westward towards Iran and Saudi Arabia, to remove the threat of Pakistani nuclear strikes on India.

 

NO INDIAN CONCESSIONS TO CHINA: India refuses to make any diplomatic concessions to China and USA for curtailing their nuclear cooperation with Pakistan. The USA and China could threaten to supply nuclear technology to Pakistan. The United States and China might use Pakistan as the hit man to launch a proxy war on India, to drop Atom Bombs on Hindu India. Religious fanatics might manipulate Pakistanis to hate Hindu India. Many western strategists did forecast, even in prestigious academic journals, about an impending India-Pakistan Nuclear War before 2005 AD. It reminds us of the Western forecasts about the inevitable breakup of the multiethnic Yugoslavia after the death of Marshal Tito. There appears be a Christian Conspiracy to incite Islamic Pakistan to launch a nuclear attack on India to sabotage Hindu India’s nuclear dream. Catholics hope that because of nuclear exchanges both Islamic Pakistan and Hindu India will be destroyed. India could easily check the conspiracy by developing and deploying a credible nuclear arsenal.

 

INDIA-TAIWAN NUCLEAR PACT: India should supply nuclear weapons to Taiwan in response to Chinese transfers of long range missiles and nuclear technology to Pakistan. If Pakistan is the Israel of China, and then Taiwan would be the Israel of India. India should provide Nuclear Umbrella to Taiwan. India should deter Chinese Invasion of Taiwan by threatening an Indian nuclear response. India should not allow Chinese occupation of Taiwan and Mongolia. India should support the declaration of Independence by Taiwan. India should develop defense ties with Taiwan to provide Indian Nuclear Umbrella over Taiwan in exchange for military base facilities in outlying Taiwanese Islands in the Philippines Sea, on Lan Hsu and Lu Tao Islands. United States would fail to deter Chinese invasions of Taiwan, as China has stolen American nuclear weapon warhead design secrets from the Las Alamos nuclear weapon’s Labs. Only Taiwan can deter Chinese invasions by deploying nuclear weapons on Taiwanese soil under control of Taiwanese armed Forces. United States sold nuclear weapons and Trident missiles to Britain. Similarly, India should sell a number of Long-range missiles and nuclear weapons to Taiwan, in return for Indian nuclear naval bases at Lan Hsu and Lu Tao Islands. 

 

India should force China to stop nuclear technology transfers to Pakistan. India would easily tame China by transferring nuclear weapon’s technology to Taiwan. India should provide Nuclear Umbrella over Taiwan in exchange Indian Naval base in Taiwanese outlying Islands of Lan Hsu and Lu Tao. Indo-Taiwan Nuclear Pact would counter China-Pakistan Nuclear Pact.

 

PAK BOMB THREATENS CHRISTIANITY: The Pakistani Atom Bomb is less a threat to Hindu India, but greater a threat to Judaic Israel and Christian Mediterranean Europe. Though Pakistan has become a nuclear weapon power, still there is no possibility of Pakistan using Atom Bombs against India. During 1948, 1965, and 1971 Wars, neither India nor Pakistan bombed any civilian targets. Pakistan and India are both Aryan and there is no threat that either nation may ever use its nuclear arsenal against other, even if either nation loses in a conventional war. India has wisely offered to sign a treaty with Pakistan, banning any First Use of Nuclear weapons against each other. Pakistan is neither willing to sign with India the Non-Aggression Pact, nor the No-First Use of Nuclear Weapons against each other in South Asia. Because any nuclear technology that Pakistan currently receives from either China or United States, is contingent upon Pakistan’s willingness to use it against India.

 

INDIA- ISRAEL NUCLEAR PACT: India and Israel should join hands to meet the threat of Nuclear Pakistan, as Islamic Atom Bomb threatens Israel. India should get military bases in Israel to protect Israel from Islamic Bacteriological and Nuclear weapon attacks. Pakistan got the gift of Islamic Atom Bomb, because China wanted Pakistan to use them against Hindu India. It does not mean that Pakistan would use them against India, just because it has the bomb. Once Pakistan has it under its control; it could use nuclear weapons against Israel or any other European targets.

 

ISLAMIC BOMB THREATENS CHRISTIANITY & ISRAEL: Pakistani Bomb is a threat to Israel and USA. India should remind America of Pakistan’s role in the Islamic Terrorist Bombing of World Trade Center. Any Atom Bomb in the hands of any Muslim nation would be used against Israel.

NUCLEAR PAKISTAN THREAT TO MUSLIM WORLD: Would Nuclear Pakistan threaten the Islamic world? Nuclear Pakistan would threaten the Islamic world. Islam does not believe in the notion of the nation state. Pakistan dreams to become the next Caliph of the entire Islamic world. Pakistan would challenge Saudi Arabia for the leadership of the Sunni-Muslim world. China-Pakistan-Iran military Alliance would be an expansionist power and capable of conquering the Arab OPEC Nations, provided India remains neutral. China could easily conquer Arab World through Iran and Afghanistan. Islamic World was at its peak under non-Arab Ottoman Empire. Ottomans were Turks of Central Asian heritage, just as Pakistan is. Islamic Unity is only a mirage without any substance. However, under Pakistan the Islamic world consolidating, creating non-Arab Islamic Empire. Pakistan would create an Islamic Empire by means of either Alliance or Conquest of Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Gulf states, and Jordan. India should support Pakistan in this endeavor, unless Iran and Iraq join India to create an Indo-Islamic alliance to counter the threat of Nuclear Pakistan. Smaller neighbors of Pakistan hate Big Brother Pakistan. Pakistan hates Big Brother India. India should exploit Islamic rivalry to develop security Alliances with Islamic neighbors of Pakistan. India should provide protection to Islamic nations in case of any Pakistani invasion.

 

INDIA SUPPORTS PAKISTAN’S WESTWARD EXPANSION: India should encourage Pakistan’s westward expansion. Nuclear Pakistan could redirect its expansionism westward to conquer oil rich but militarily weak OPEC nations. Nuclear Pakistan would soon create a Pan-Islamic Empire extending from Morocco to Iran with Islamabad as the Capital of Islam and Urdu as the official language of Islam. India should support Pakistan’s attempt to create an Islamic Empire. India should convince Pakistan not to risk its own existence for resource-poor Kashmir, while it can easily carve out an Islamic Empire with India’s tacit blessing.

 

CHINA-PAKISTAN’S CONQUEST OF ISLAMIC WORLD: China-Pakistan-Iran Alliance could occupy the Arab OPEC World. Should India encourage or oppose Pakistan’s westward expansion? India should not risk Indian lives to check Pakistan’s westward expansion. Nuclear Pakistan should direct its expansion westwards toward oil rich OPEC nations rather than Kashmir. India should use excessive force to eliminate terrorism in Kashmir. India could support Nuclear Pakistan’s conquest of Islamic nations, to deter nuclear clouds over the Subcontinent. Pakistan will threaten the use of nuclear weapons against other Islamic nations, more often than against India. 

 

INDIAN INVOLVEMENT IN ISLAMIC CONFLICTS: India should reduce the looming Islamic threats, by selective intervention in Islamic internal conflicts. India would enhance its Foreign Policy options, by providing military and financial support to a major contestant in overseas Islamic conflicts. India’s direct military involvement in intra-Islamic conflicts would check Islamic threats to secular India. It is foolish to believe that Pakistan would use its nuclear weapons only against Hindu India, not against Israel or the Vatican. Muslims fight more often with Muslims than with non-Muslims. India should militarily participate in conflicts among Muslim nations, to safeguard Indian security. India should perfect the Policy of Divide and Rule, to keep the Islamic world unstable and dependent on Indian involvement. India should fuel the violence and domestic conflicts in the Islamic world. The growing violence in the Islamic world would deter any potential Islamic threat to India. India should militarily support various factions in Lebanon and in other regions to destabilize the Arab world to reduce Islamic threats to India.

 

INDIAN TROOPS FOR ISLAMIC WARS: India should send mercenary troops to Afghanistan, Kurdistan, Azerbaijan, Somalia, and Lebanon, to become an important player in Islamic conflicts. India should support the Christian rebels in East Timor. Indian mercenary troops should support East Timor in ongoing War of secession against Indonesia. Independent East Timor State should federate with Jaya Iriyan to create a new State in the Sunda Seas. Malaysia and Indonesia should partition into four sovereigns States each. India should provide military aid to Kurdistan to create a new independent sovereign Kurdistan State out of Iran, Iraq, and Turkey. India should send troops to Afghanistan, to support Kyrghyz tribes against Taliban, to establish a secular democratic Government in Afghanistan. Afghan mercenaries are committing genocide of Hindus in Kashmir. India should support the Son of Shah of Iran to overthrow the Mullahs of Iran, in case Islamic Government of Iran aligns with Pakistan.

 

ARABS WANTS INDO-PAK WARS: Why Arabs incite Pakistan to Bomb India? Arabs argue that since both Pakistan and India are overpopulated, so Arabs should finance the nuclear program of Pakistan and encourage Pakistan to drop Atom Bombs on India. Arabs hope that the cross fire the would reduce the over-population of both India and Pakistan. Arabs encourage Indo-Pakistan nuclear war to ward of any future South Asian threat to the Arab world. Arabs are under illusion that in case of nuclear war, Sahara, and Arabian desert provide protection against radiation to Arabs, Kuwaitis, and Saudis, while oases could provide means of survival in the event of a nuclear war. India should mobilize public opinion in Pakistan not to fall prey to Arab Islamic logic. Indians believe that Pakistan could never be a responsible nuclear power, as it is an Islamic nation.

 

SECESSION OF ISLAMIC XINJIAN: Nuclear Pakistan would Incite Muslims in Xinjian. Chinese nuclear aid to Pakistan would harm China instead and promote secessionist movements in Chinese Province of Sikiang-Xinjian. Chinese transfer of nuclear weapons and missiles technologies to Pakistan would exacerbate secessionist movement among Xinjian Muslim populations. Chinese proxy attack on India, by means of transfers of ready-made Atom Bomb and Missiles to Pakistan could be possibly boom-rang against China itself. INDIAN NUCLEAR UMBRELLA OVER TAIWAN: India-Taiwan Nuclear Defense Pact would checkmate China-Pakistan Nuclear Alliance. China transferred Missiles and Atom Bomb technology to Pakistan to promote Pakistan as a rival to India in South Asia. India should respond to China-Pakistan Nuclear Alliance by deploying nuclear weapons on outlying Taiwan Islands in South China Seas, to promote Taiwan as a rival to China. Indian nuclear weapon deployment in Taiwan Straits would deter Chinese invasions of Taiwan. India should recognize Taiwan as a Sovereign independent State. India should threaten China with nuclear retaliation in case of Chinese invasions of Taiwan. India could replace Taiwan as the Guarantor of Taiwan. India should secure Naval Base in outlying Taiwanese Islands at Lan Hsu and Lu Tao Islands in the Philippine Sea.

 

INDO-TAIWAN NUCLEAR PACT: India should recognize Taiwan as an Independent sovereign State and promote one-China and one Independent Taiwan policy. India should support the demand of Taiwan as a full member of the United Nations. India should support any declaration of Independent statehood by Taiwan and one-China and one-Taiwan Policy. India would not accept Taiwan as a part of China. India would be willing to risk a nuclear conflagration to deter Chinese invasions of Taiwan. Taiwan is an independent State and the original inhabitants of Taiwan do not belong to Han Race. India should sign Nuclear Pact with Taiwan. India should develop close strategic relations with Taiwan, including cooperation in nuclear matters. India needs a nuclear base in Taiwan to deter Chinese invasions of Taiwan. India would not allow Chinese take over of Taiwan.

 

India should transfer nuclear weapon and missile technology to Taiwan in retaliation to Chinese transfer of missile and nuclear weapons & technology to Pakistan. What Pakistan is to India, Taiwan is to China. China has repeatedly justified its illicit nuclear weapon transfers to Pakistan policy, by arguing that, China considers Pakistan to be the Israel of China. Just as China is promoting a nuclear Pakistan to balance preponderant India, similarly India should promote a Nuclear Taiwan to counterbalance preponderant China. Tits for tat should be the cardinal principle of Indian Nuclear Doctrine. India will deploy a mobile IRBM on Taiwanese soil and SLBMs on its submarine bases in South China Sea, to deter any Chinese invasions of Taiwan. Taiwan would no longer need the support of the United States to guarantee its integrity, once it signs a Nuclear Pact with India. The Chinese theft of US nuclear weapons secret has undermined the credibility of the United States’ nuclear umbrella over Taiwan against Chinese invasions.

 

INDO-TAIWAN PACT NEUTRALIZES CHINA: India should develop close security relationship with Taiwan to checkmate the threat of China-Pakistan Alliance. China became a World Power after the return of Hong Kong. China would become a threat to world peace if China occupies Taiwan. India should confront China with Nuclear strikes if China ever invades Taiwan. India should fight China not across Tibet but in South China and in the South China Seas.   

 

NUCLEAR TECHNOLOGY FOR TAIWAN: After formalizing a nuclear Defense pact with India, Taiwan will make investment in India. Indo-Taiwan Defense Pact would become a nucleus for projecting India’s power in the Southeast Asia. The region had been under the influence of South Indian Hindu Empires for many centuries. India should justify its transfer nuclear weapon technology to Taiwan in retaliation to Chinese transfer of nuclear technology to Pakistan. India should talk with the United States to provide Nuclear Umbrella to Taiwan. They could extend Indo-Taiwan security relationship to the region of South Japan Sea. India would provide security to Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, and Singapore, against Chinese expansionism.

 

DEFEAT PAKISTAN IN AFGHANISTAN: Pakistan cannot attack India with nuclear weapons. India and Pakistan will not ever have a nuclear war, as it would turn South Asia into wastelands. There is no likelihood of an Indo-Pakistan nuclear confrontation. India should not fight any Indo-Pakistan War in the South Asia. Indian policy makers should promote Indo-Pakistan Wars in foreign lands to keep South Asia safe. Indian Army should militarily participate in long drawn out War in Afghanistan to keep Pakistani Army occupied.

 

DISCOUNT INDO-PAK NUCLEAR WAR: Christian Nations is attempting to legitimize the Indo-Pakistan Nuclear Wars by frequently forecasting about it. How could White Christian Nuclear Weapon Power forecast an India-Pakistan Nuclear War by 2005, even before Pakistan conducted its first nuclear tests? Asian scholars should also bluntly forecast an Islamic Nuclear attack on Tel-Aviv, Vatican, Rome, Naples, Barcelona or Madrid before AD 2005. Indian writers will question the motives of every western writer forecasting Indo-Pakistan War. Islamic Bomb would be used against Christian European targets rather against India. It could be a conspiracy to prepare Western public opinion to justify NATO intervention in Kashmir, ironically to protect India from Pakistani nuclear strikes. India should unequivocally declare that any hostile NATO action in South Asia will result in retaliatory nuclear strikes against European and American targets. India should advertise the bogey of Nuclear German and Nuclear Japan. India should advertise the possibility of Nuclear Wars in Europe to ease tension in South Asia. They should project Nuclear Proliferation by Nuclear Kazakhstan as a threat to Europe. India should discount any threat from Pakistan, just as Chinese policy makers discount any threat from India or to India.

 

USA APPROVED CHINESE BOMB FOR PAKISTAN: United States approved the Chinese transfers of nuclear weapons to Pakistan, as a part of a conspiracy to scuttle Hindu Nuclear Programs. United States soon realized its folly, as Islamic Atom Bomb could blow up certain Mediterranean European targets as well. What should be India’s response to Chinese transfer of nuclear technology to Pakistan? India should devise measure to widen rifts in the emerging US-China Alliance by judiciously influencing the legislative process in the US Senate and the Congress, organizing Lobbyists, Pressure groups and Interest groups. India could retaliate by transferring nuclear technology to Taiwan unless the United States and China suitably compensate India.

Nuclear Pakistan could be a strategic asset to India, in case of any nuclear attacks on South Asia by white Christian NATO nuclear powers. 

 

INDIA-PAKISTAN WOULD REJOIN ONE DAY: Why should India feel that what is good for India is not good for Pakistan, as both India and Pakistan belong to brown Aryan Race? Pakistan is not a barbarian nation. Why should Pakistan consider India an eternal enemy? India does not consider Pakistan as its eternal enemy. Gandhi and Nehru created Pakistan not Jinnah. India and Pakistan could become close allies. Germany and France forgot centuries of hostilities and joined United Europe. It is possible that India and Pakistan would join to form Asian Common Market (ACM) or South Asia Treaty Organization (SATO). 

 

MUSLIMS HATE BIG BROTHER PAKISTAN: Pakistan hates its Big Brother India due to the sibling rivalry. Similarly Pakistan’s neighbors Iran, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Afghanistan hate Big Brother Nuclear Pakistan due to sibling rivalry and fears of a dominant neighbor. Pakistan is an expansionist power determined to gobble up its Islamic neighbors. An Islamic Empire under Pakistan’s rule is, would not be against India’s national interest, so long as it would not target its nuclear weapons against India. Just as United States encourages China to attack Siberia, similarly India should encourage Pakistan to expand westwards to keep peace in the subcontinent. 

 

INDIA-IRAN-IRAQ-LIBYA DEFENSE PACT: China and USA emerged as Allies, soon after having fought the Korean War and the Vietnam Wars, similarly Nuclear Hindu India could align with Nuclear Muslim Pakistan to protect the Islamic world from Christian influences. United States has aligned with Rouge China and terrorist Pakistan at strategic level. India should develop close strategic alliances with nations who are condemned as rogue nations by the United States, namely Iran, Iraq, Libya, Syria and Algeria. Western powers continue to ostracize Nuclear India as a Rouge nation. Indian response should be to promote a global military alliance with other so-called Rouge Nations.

 

HINDU-ISLAMIC PACT TO CHECK CATHOLICS: Nuclear India could align with the Islamic World to meet the common threat of Christian World. Pakistan’s Islamic Bomb opens new diplomatic opportunity to Indian Foreign Policy makers. It would offset any potential threat to India. Nuclear Pakistan presents more opportunities than threats.

 

WHY PAKISTAN WANTED TO TEST BEFORE INDIA? China transferred ready-made Nuclear Bombs to Pakistan to detonate it before any Indian Nuclear tests. The United States and China conspired that the UN Security Council would ban any future nuclear tests in South Asia, after Pakistan’s nuclear blast. It explains why the United States was worried that the CIA could not predict India’s nuclear blast. The CIA remained under an illusion, that India would conduct the Nuclear Tests, only after it had completed the reappraisal of India’s security environment. Both United States and China helped Pakistan conduct its Nuclear Tests much before India planned its nuclear tests. Pakistan prepared its nuclear test sites with prior knowledge and consent of the United States and China. The immediate response of American media to Indian Nuclear Test was that Pakistan would also conduct its own Nuclear Tests within few days. Otherwise how could the United States know that Pakistan would conduct its nuclear explosion in next few days while even for a Super Power it takes more than 30 days to prepare for the Nuclear Tests. It exposes the Chinese and United State’s complicity in Pakistan’s nuclear weapon Program. The United States knew that exact information, simply because the United States and Chine had transferred the ready to nuclear explosives to Pakistan. It is assumed that these ready to detonate explosives were in place for quite some time, and the United States knew about them. India must find out the reasons that United States and China transferred nuclear explosives and nuclear capable missiles to Pakistan.  

 

PAKISTAN PLANNED A NUCLEAR ATTACK ON INDIA: The United States or China conspired that Pakistan would conduct its nuclear tests first, then Pakistan would threaten a preemptive nuclear strike against India, to force India abandon plans for developing nuclear weapons. It was a serious threat to India. To deter the threat of Pakistan’s preemptive nuclear strike’s on India, the Security Council would have banned any future nuclear tests in South Asia, to keep India permanently at a disadvantage vis-à-vis Pakistan and China. China with the consent of the United States delivered ready-to-use Atom Bombs to Pakistan to conduct Nuclear Tests after the formation of the BJP led Nationalist Hindu Government in India. Pakistan had completed the preparation for the Nuclear Tests much before India began its preparation for the tests. Pakistan or China had planned a preemptive nuclear strike against India, if the United States or China had known about the imminent Indian Nuclear Test. India should give a befitting nuclear reply to scuttle this grand Pakistan-China-United States conspiracy. Perhaps the United States had blackmailed previous Indian governments, arguing that any Indian attempt to deploy nuclear weapons would carry the risk of preemptive nuclear strikes from Pakistan. China with explicit consent of the United States transferred nuclear explosives and nuclear capable long-range missiles to deter India from developing nuclear weapons. If this conspiracy proved beyond doubt, then it would justify India’s transfers of nuclear weapon tipped long range missiles to Taiwan. 

 

PAKISTAN BOMBS AGAINST ISRAEL: Pakistan did not go Nuclear with the sole objective to drop Atom Bombs on Hindu India. Pakistan obtained Atomic Bomb and Missiles and Nuclear Technology virtually free from China and the United States, by promising that Pakistani Bomb was against India only. Now Pakistan has Nuclear Bombs so using diplomatically nuclear weapons is free, to secure maximum political and economic gains. Pakistan could use its Western aided Atom Bomb even against Christian targets if it so chooses.

 

NO PREEMPTIVE STRIKE AGAINST PAKISTAN: Indian’s preemptive nuclear strike against Pakistan is not justified. Israeli plans to make preemptive air strikes against Pakistan’s nuclear sites using Indian Air Space, could have been a CIA ploy to justify future Pakistani air-attacks on Indian nuclear installations. The plot scuttled when the spies leaked papers from the offices of Mr. P.C. Alexander, Principal Secretary to Mrs. Indira Gandhi. Had Israel carried out the air strikes against Pakistan, then the strikes might have derailed Pakistan’s nuclear program. Nevertheless, it would have made India vulnerable to Pakistani retaliatory air strikes against Indian nuclear sites. It could have been a Chinese or American conspiracy to secure Indian consent for Israeli attack on Pakistani nuclear sites and then to support Pakistani attacks on Indian nuclear installations. It would have destroyed the nuclear capability of both India and Pakistan. Then the United States and China would have imposed a nuclear weapon free zone in South Asia.

 

NUCLEAR RETALIATION AGAINST PAKISTAN’S ALLIES: Any Indian retaliation against Pakistan could include nuclear strikes against countries providing nuclear aid to Pakistan. India should warn China against supplying Pakistan with nuclear technology. India should use its nuclear capability to provide the protection of Indian nuclear weapons to Taiwan to deter any Chinese invasion of Taiwan.

 

STUPID NUCLEAR POLICY OF MORARJI DESAI: During Janata Party Government, when Atal Vajpayee was the Foreign Minister, Indian Prime Minister Morarji Desai categorically declared that India would never make Atom Bomb even if Pakistan made and deployed Atom Bombs. Why did Morarji Desai promulgate this foolish policy? Did any of his policy advisers advise him otherwise? This stupid policy of Morarji Desai encouraged China to transfer nuclear weapons to Pakistan. Morarji Desai could have been a CIA Spy, as was rumored, because only a foreign spy would adopt such a foolish nuclear policy.

 

DEPOPULATION OF NUCLEAR AGGRESSOR DOCTRINE: India should induct Doctrine of Depopulation of Nuclear Aggressor, in Indian Army's operational Military Manuals. Doctrine states that in case of any nuclear strike against India, India would use conventional and nuclear weapons to occupy the aggressor state. Indian Army would then publicly hang the entire male population of the nuclear aggressor. India would then permanently occupy the entire lands, resources, and women of the nuclear Aggressor.  

 

INDUCT DNA DOCTRINE IN MILITARY MANUALS: India should induct depopulation of Nuclear Aggressor Doctrine in Army Manuals, to protect the Indian Army personnel that would carry out the Doctrine from any future prosecution by War Crime Tribunals. Pakistan would not dare to undertake preemptive nuclear strikes against India, if it knew that the result would be the mandatory execution of its entire male population. Soldiers carrying out the mandatory execution of the entire male population of the aggressor would not be committing any War Crime, as they would be following the written Official Indian Military Manuals.

 

NO FIRST USE OF NUCLEAR BOMBS: Indian should unilaterally declare that it would never launch preemptive nuclear strikes against any other State. Mandatory execution of the entire male population of the nuclear aggressor would deter any preemptive nuclear strikes against India. The DNA doctrine aims to weaken the hawks in Pakistan Army who may have illusions about India’s response to preemptive nuclear strikes.

China could steal military technology valued over one hundred (100) billion dollars and annual surplus trade balance of over fifty (50) billion dollars by paying less than 500 billion dollars. Every third world politician feels good by hearing the damaging news of political corruption in the United States. Chinese learnt from Opium War so well that Chinese control fifty (50) percent of heroin trade in New York. Chinese have learnt the CIA technique of political subversion so well that they can buy political influence, influence policy-making and legislation at will. 

 

CREDIBLE DIRECT THREAT AGAINST THE USA: United States will confront Chinese conventional and nuclear forces at the regional level. A modernized Chinese strategic nuclear ballistic missile force will pose a credible direct threat against the United States. Neither the United States nor China has a national ballistic missile defense system.

THREAT TO TAIWAN: In the near term, a Chinese deployment of mobile thermonuclear weapons, or neutron bombs, based on stolen U.S. design information, could have significant effect on the regional balance of power, particularly with respect to Taiwan.

These secrets known as Legacy Codes consist of millions of lines of computer instructions that detail the physical principals at the heart of American atomic warheads.

Such details include the shapes and size of bomb parts and extensive data on the physical characteristics of nuclear materials, which vary widely among the 100+ types of nuclear weapon warheads in the United States arsenal. For newer weapons, the legacy codes include large numbers of ad hoc refinements and tricks gleamed from decades nuclear testing. Such improvements are informal rather than derived from the laws of physics. Learned through trial and error, these advances help because the science is insufficiently precise to make a computerized model of bomb-blast complexities in their details. 

 

Source Codes Blueprints

SOURCE CODES A SCIENTIFIC BLUEPRINT: The combination of the Source Code and Input Data was equivalent to a scientific blue print, allowing a bomb to be reverse-engineered, analyzing the complete product. It helps China find not only how America makes its nuclear warheads, but also improve the nuclear weapon by running the code and changing some of the parameters. Only parts of the nuclear weapon design not spelled out in the legacy code computer data, included the gadgets and conventional explosives that help start the chain reaction, factors considered more of less common in bomb design for 50 years. The legacy codes integrate best understanding of the processes that go on in a nuclear weapon.

 

WEN HO LEES LEGACY TO CHINA: Mr. Lee, 59, began working at Los Alamos in 1978. His wife worked as a secretary at the lab. In June 1986, Wen Ho Lee delivered a paper on nuclear weapons related science at a symposium in Beijing with the approval of Los Alamos officials. In June 1988 he delivered another paper at a conference in Beijing, again with the Los Alamos labs approval. In 1995 United States intelligence officials began to suspect that China had obtained design data from the W-88 warhead. In 1996 the FBI began a criminal investigation of the W-88 theft, and Mr. Lee emerged as the principal suspect. In 1997 FBIs investigation stalled. In April 1997, Wen Ho Lee transferred to a new job at Los Alamos, where he was responsible for updating legacy codes for five American warheads. The scientist, Wen Ho Lee, held one of the Governments highest security clearances, had been transferring enormous files involving millions of lines of secret computer code, known as legacy code. Most of Wen Ho Lee’s transfers occurred in 1994 and 1995, just before China signed the test ban treaty in 1996. Wen Ho Lee transferred most of the secret data in 1994 and 1995, from the computer system at the weapons lab, to a widely accessible computer network at the lab. Where the legacy codes were stored under other file names, and there is evidence that, the files have been accessed by someone after they were placed in the unclassified network. In February 1999 Wen Ho Lee tried to delete evidence that he had improperly transferred more than 1,000 files containing nuclear secrets. This is much, much worse then the W-88 warhead case.

 

Xdivision & Machine C Security Clearances

Dr. Wen Ho Lee had worked in the X Division at Los Alamos, the Division that handled Laboratory's secret work, on nuclear weapons design. This position gave him access to a computer network containing classified nuclear weapons designs and related materials. In addition, Dr. Lee had access to an unclassified, or open network, and a third computer, known as Machine C, that served as a bridge between the clasified and unclassified networks. Machine C was used by bomb designers when they needed to use both classified and unclassified materials. It allowed the designers to bring both kinds of materials together without declassifying the secret material. When they were finished, the designers were required to return the classified and unclassified materials to their respective systems. Dr. Lee misused Machine C to declassify thousands of pages of nuclear weapons documents unilaterally. He moved classified docuemnts from Machine C, erased the classification marking on the documents and then moved them into the unsecure, or open computer system. Dr. Lee then copcied the files onto high-volume computer tapes. In 1993 and 1994, Dr. Lee copied about 380 of these computer files onto 9 portable computer tapes. Of these 2 have been recovered by the FBI, while the other 7 are mising. In 1997, Dr. Lee copied classified data onto a 10^th tape, but that tape has been recovered. Included on the copied documents were the so-called Legacy codes, which provide mathematical approoximations of U.S. weapons designs. The transferes covered a range of secret documents, including data files that contain information relating to the physical and radioactive properties used to construct nuclear weapons. These information includes descriptions of the exact dimensions and geometry of nuclear weapons used in connection with the design and simulated testing of nuclear weapons, and the computer instructions to set up a simulated nuclear weapons detonation.

 

Dr. Lee transferred information concerning nuclear bomb test problems and yield calculations from actual bomb tests as well as the computer programs needed to run the design and testing files. On Feb.10, within two hours of when Dr. Lee learnt he flunked a polygraph examination, he began to delete hundreds of compute files in the open system that contained the classified data he had transferred. Dr. Lee removed classified nuclear weapons data with the intent to injure the United States and with the intent to secure an advantage for a foreign power. Dr. Lee was responsible for the most serious breach in security, at the weapons laboratories in recent decades. This loss of a vast store of secret data is sufficient to alter the world's strategic balance of power. 

 

 

Nuclear Warhead Designs

CHINESE 1950S ERA NUCLEAR DESIGNS: Currently deployed Chinese ICBMs targeted on U.S. cities are based on 1950s-era nuclear weapons designs. With the stolen U.S. technology, China has leaped in a handful of years, from 1950s-era strategic nuclear capabilities to the more modern thermonuclear designs. These modern thermonuclear weapons took the United States decades of effort and numerous nuclear tests to achieve. Such small, modern warheads are necessary for all of the elements of a modern intercontinental nuclear force, including B Road mobile ICBMs, Submarine launched ICBMs, and ICBMs with multiple warheads (MRVs or MIRVs). Without the nuclear secrets stolen from the United States, it would have been virtually impossible for China to fabricate and test successfully small nuclear warheads prior to its 1996 pledge to adhere to the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT). At the beginning of the 1990s, China had only one (1) or two (2) silo-based ICBMs capable of attaching the United States. Since then China has deployed up to two dozen (24) additional silo-based missiles and has continued development of three (3) Mobile ICBM systems and associated thermonuclear warheads. Chinas next generation of thermonuclear weapons, currently under development, will exploit elements of stolen U.S. design information.

 

THERMONUCLEAR WARHEADS: The stolen information includes classified information on seven U.S. thermonuclear warheads, including every currently developed thermonuclear warhead in the U.S. ballistic missile arsenal. The stolen information also includes classified design information for an enhanced radiation weapon (commonly known as the neutron bomb), which neither the United States, nor any other nation, has yet developed. China has obtained classified information on the following U.S. Thermonuclear Warheads, as well as a number of associated reentry vehicles (the hardened shell that protects the thermonuclear warhead during reentry). China has stolen the designs of nuclear weapons warhead. Chinese Spy stole designs for:  (1) Warhead W-88 used in the missile (Trident D-5 SLBM); (2) Warhead W-87 used in missile (Peacekeeper ICBM); (3) Warhead W-78 used in missile (Minuteman III-Mark 12A-ICBM); (4) Warhead W-76 used in missile (Trident C-4 SLBM); (5) Warhead W-70 used in missile (Lance SRBM); (6) Warhead W-62 used in missile (Minuteman III ICBM); and (7) Warhead W-56 used in missile (Minuteman II ICBM).

 

Theft of W-88 Trident Warhead

TRIDENT MISSILE: The Warhead W-88, a miniaturized, tapered nuclear warhead, is the most sophisticated nuclear weapon the United States has ever built. In the U.S. arsenal it is mated to the D-5 Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile (SLBM) carried abroad the Trident nuclear submarine. The US learned about the theft of the W-88 Trident D-5 warhead information, in 1995.

 

Theft of Neutron Bomb Designs

NEUTRON BOMBS: China stole U.S. design information and other classified information for neutron bomb warheads from a U.S. nuclear weapon’s laboratory. China stole design in the late 1970’s design information on the U.S. W-70 warhead from Lawrence Livermore Laboratory. The W-70 Warhead contains elements that may be used either as a strategic thermonuclear weapon, or as an enhanced radiation weapon (neutron bomb). China tested the neutron bomb in 1988. The U.S. government first learned of the theft of W-70 warhead, the Neutron Bomb, several months after it took place, in late 1970’s. The W-70, which is an enhanced radiation nuclear warhead (or neutron bomb), also, has elements that can be used for a strategic thermonuclear warhead.

 

CHINESE MOBILE ICBMs: China plans to exploit elements on the stolen design information on China’s next generation of thermonuclear weapons. China plans to supplement its silo-based CSS-4 ICBM’s targeted on U.S. cities with mobile ICBM’s, which is more survivable because they are more difficult to find than silo-based missiles. China has three mobile ICBM programs currently under way-two road-mobile and one submarine-launched program. These all will be able to strike worldwide. The first of the new road-mobile ICBM, solid propellant DF-31, may be tested in 1999. Given a successful flight-test program, the DF-31 would be ready for deployment as soon as 2002. These mobile missiles require small warhead designs, of which the stolen U.S. design information is the most advanced in the world.

 

INFRASTRUCTURE: The production tools and processes required by China to produce small thermonuclear warheads based on stolen W-88 information, would be similar to those developed or available in modern aerospace or precision-guided munitions industry. China has such infrastructures and is capable of such production.  

 

W-88 WARHEAD FOR MISSILES CSS-6 IRBM: China could use elements of the stolen nuclear weapon’s design information, including the Neutron Bomb, on intermediate and short range ballistic missiles, such as its CSS-6 missiles.

 

SMALLER THERMONUCLEAR WARHEADS: China conducted a series of nuclear weapon’s test explosions from 1992 to 1996 to develop smaller, lighter, thermonuclear warheads, with an increased yield-to-weight ratio. The small, mobile missiles that China is developing require smaller a warhead than the large, heavy 1950’s-era warheads developed for the silo-based missiles. China is likely to continue to work on small thermonuclear warheads based on stolen US designs. China could begin serial production of small thermonuclear warheads during next decade in conjunction with its new generation of road-mobile missiles. 

 

CIA/FBI RESPONSE TO ESPIONAGE: The Chinese thefts from U.S. National Laboratories began as early as the late 1970’s, and significant secrets stolen as late as the mid-1990’s. The U.S. government first learned of the theft of W-70 warhead, the Neutron Bomb, several months after it took place, in late 1970’s. China tested the Neutron Bomb, W-70 in 1988. China has focussed on following national weapons laboratories: Los Alamos, Lawrence Livermore, Oak Ridge, and Sandia. The series of nuclear tests from 1992 to 1996 led to the debate in the U.S. government whether China’s design for its new generation of nuclear warheads were in fact based on stolen U.S. classified information. The United States did not become fully aware of the magnitude of the counter-intelligence problems, at the laboratories of the Department of Energy national weapon until 1995. In 1995 the United States received a classified document that demonstrated that China had obtained the design information on the W-88 warhead and technical information concerning approximately half a dozen other thermonuclear warheads and associated reentry vehicles. By mid-1996 the CIA had determined that the individual who provided the information was secretly under the direction of the PRC Chinese intelligence services.

 

Chinese MIRVs

MULTIPLE REENTRY VEHICLES: These small warhead designs will make it possible for China to develop and deploy missiles with multiple reentry vehicles (MRVs), or independently tractable multiple reentry vehicles (MIRVs). Multiple reentry vehicles increase the effectiveness of a ballistic missile force by multiplying the number of warheads a single missile can carry, as many as tenfold. Multiple reentry vehicles also can help to counter missile Defenses. Multiple reentry vehicles make it easier for China to deploy penetration aids with its ICBM warheads in order to defeat antimissile defenses. China has in the past undertaken efforts related to technology with MIRV applications.

 

HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTERS: China now has the capability to develop and deploy silo-based ICBMs with MIRVs or MRV’s. China has been successful in stealing nuclear test codes, computer models, and data. China by using such stolen codes and data in conjunctions with High Performance Computers (H.P.C.’s), would diminish the need for further nuclear testing to evaluate weapons and proposed design changes. China has bought 600 HPC Computers. The possession of the stolen U.S. test data would greatly reduce the level of H.P.C. performance required for such tasks. 

 

NUCLEAR WEAPONS LABS: China has focussed on following national weapons laboratories: Los Alamos, Lawrence Livermore, Oak Ridge and Sandia. The successful penetration by China of U.S. nuclear weapon’s laboratory has taken place over the last several decades, and almost certainly continues to the present. The successful penetration of US national Laboratories by China began as early as the late 1970s; China had penetrated the laboratories throughout the 1980s and 1990s, and US laboratories almost certainly remain penetrated by China today. National weapons laboratories are responsible for the design of the thermonuclear warheads for ballistic missiles. That classified information at national weapons laboratory was supposed to be among the United States most closely guarded secrets.

 

FAILURE OF FBI/CIA: United States discovered in 1995 that China had stolen design information on the W-88 Trident D-5 warhead and technical information on a number of other U.S. thermonuclear warheads. President was briefed about the counter-intelligence failures after early 1998.

 

14 (ii) Spy Qian Xuesen

CHINESE NUCLEAR SPY OF 1950: Qian Xuesen played a very important role in the Ballistic missile and space programs of the China. China exploded its First Atom Bomb as a result of the success of its espionage of U.S. nuclear secrets. Currently deployed Chinese ICBMs targeted on the United States are based in significant part, on U.S. technologies illegally obtained by China in the 1950s. In the 1950s, Xian Xuesen, a U.S. military officer, and associated member of the design team for a U.S. ICBM program (the Titan missile program) emigrated to China and illegally gave U.S. missile and missile-related technology to China. (Cox Report). Without the stolen U.S. nuclear secrets China would not have successfully exploded its first Atom Bomb.

ROLE OF QIAN XUESEN IN CHINA’S NUCLEAR PROGRAM: China’s ballistic missile and space programs, received substantial assistance during their early development from Qian Xuesen (also known as Tsien Hsue-Shen). Qian Xuesen trained in the United States and had worked on classified U.S. missile programs, including the TITAN ICBM program. During the 1950s, allegations arose that Qian was spying for China. After negotiations between the U.S. and China government Qian allowed to return to China in 1955. Four other Chinese members of the Qian’s Titan design team also returned with him to China. Qian became the chief project manager of China’s CSS-4 ICBM. Today CSS-4 has a range in excess of 7,400 miles. Starting in 1981 China began deploying CSS-4 in silos. The improved version CSS-4 Mod 2, has improved throw-weight that could allow China to deploy multiple warheads on the CSS-4 Mod2, rather than the single warheads that are currently carried on the CSS-4.

Anti-Submarine Radar

SUBMARINE-EXPOSING RADAR TECHNIQUE: Secrets that China stole in 1997 about a space radar that can expose submerged submarines, could aid China in finding submarines from commercial satellites or airplanes and could also help China hide its own undersea weapons. For two decades Pentagon has tried to monopolize the radar, seeking to protect its submarine fleet from such surveillance. The Military had U.S. Government set strict limits on visual powers of proposed commercial radar satellites. Pentagon is fighting a Canadian plan to loft a satellite that would break the new American rules. Peter Lee gave radar secrets to China in 1997, forcibly easing the grip of the Pentagon. Today the radar technique believed to be able to uncloak submarines hundreds of feet beneath the sea waves, but not thousands of feet beneath the sea level.

 

RADAR OCEAN IMAGING PROJECT: Peter Lee transferred submarine detection research to China. Scientist Peter Lee is a naturalized U.S. citizen who was born in Taiwan. Peter Lee worked at Los Alamos national Laboratory from 1984 to 1991, and for TRW Inc., a contractor to Lawrence Livermore national laboratory, from 1973 to 1984 and again from 1991 to 1997. Peter Lee transferred antisubmarine warfare technology developed by Radar Ocean Imaging Project. On May 11, 1997, Lee gave a lecture in Beijing at the PRC Institute of applied Physics and Computational Mathematics. Peter lee described the physics of microwave scattering from ocean waves, for the purpose of anti-submarine warfare. He explained the underlying physics and its application. He also explained to Chinese where to filter data to enhance the ability to locate the ocean wake of a vessel.

 

In 1994 Richard E. Twogood, the programs technical leader, based at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory told the FBI that the classied radar information given to China by Peter Lee. Chinese would most easily and plausibly use the secrets to change the depth and speed of their submarines. Secret knowledge of what we can and cannot do cold help the Chinese dodge submarine spying.

 

Miniature Fusion Exlpsion

MINIATURE FUSION EXPLOSION: Peter Lee transferred to China classified information about nuclear testing using miniaturized fusion explosions. Peter Lee provided to China the information on techniques for creating miniature nuclear fusion explosions. He transferred how deuterium and tritium can be loaded into a spherical capsule called a target and surrounded by a hologram, and then heated by means of laser bombardment. The heat causes the compression of these elements, creating a nuclear fusion micro-explosion. This so called inertial-confinement techniques permit nuclear weapons scientists to study nuclear explosions in miniature.

 

Missile & Space Secrets

DIRECT THREAT TO UNITED STATES: China has used stolen missile guidance technology that enhances China’s military capabilities, also jeopardizes United States national security interests and pose a direct threat to the United States, its friends and allies, or U.S. forces.

 

Missile Guidance Technology

GUIDANCE TECHNOLOGY: China has stolen U.S. missile and space technology that improves China’s military and intelligence capabilities. China has stolen U.S. missile technology and exploited it for ballistic missile applications of China. China has stolen a specific U.S. guidance technology used in current and past generation of U.S. weapon systems. The stolen guidance technology is currently used on a variety of U.S. missiles and military aircraft, including: (1) the U.S. Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS):  (2) the U.S. Navy Stand-Off Land Attack Missile-Extended Range (SLAM-ER); (3) the U.S. Navy F-14; (4) the U.S. Air Force F-15, F-16 and F-117 fighter jets. The stolen guidance technology has direct applicability to China’s space-lift rockets and intercontinental, medium and short-range missiles.

 

UPGRADING CHINESE MISSILES: The theft of U.S. ballistic and missile-related technology is of great value to China. In addition to ICBMs and military space-lift rockets, such technology is directly applicable to the medium and short-range Chinese missiles, such as CDD-X-7 (also known as the M-11) and the CSS-8 that have been developed for, striking Taiwan.

 

NUCLEAR SPY OF 1950: Currently deployed Chinese ICBMs targeted on the United States are based in significant part on U.S. technologies illegally obtained by China in the 1950s. In the 1950s, a U.S. military officer and associated member of the design team for a U.S. ICBM program (the Titan missile program) emigrated to China and illegally gave U.S. missile and missile-related technology to China. This information formed the basis for up to two dozen (24) Chinese CSS-4 ICBMs that are currently targeted on the United States. All of these 24 ICBM missiles, except the two has been deployed by China, for the first time in this decade, in 1990s. Currently deployed Chinese ICBMs targeted on the United States based on U.S. and Russian technologies from the 1950s and 1960s. 

 

ROCKET FAIRING NOSE CONE TECHNOLOGY: China has implemented a number of the recommended improvements to rocket guidance and to the fairing (or nose cone) which protects a satellite during a launch. U.S. satellite manufacturer’s recommendations led to the improvements in rockets of china. China could not implement these improvements so soon without the U.S. assistance. Absent the Hughes interventions on the problems associated with the defective fairing (or nose cone) on the China’s Long-March-2E Rocket, one or more other satellite launches would have failed. China’s Long March 2 Rocket and their derivatives (including Long March 2E, on which Hughes advised China) were derived directly from China’s silo-based CSS-4 ICBMs that are currently targeted on the United States. The information on rocket fairings (that is, nose cones) provided by Hughes assists the design and improved reliability of future MIRVed missiles and of future submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs)

 

ROCKET GUIDANCE SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY: China had three failed satellite launches since 1992. Absent the Loral interventions on the problems associated with the defective guidance system on China’s Long March 3B Rocket, one or more other China’s satellite launches would have failed. The rocket guidance system on which Loral and Hughes provided advice in 1996 is among the systems capable of being adapted for use as the guidance system for future road-mobile intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs).

 

MILITARY USE OF FAIRING & GUIDANCE SYSTEMS: China’s Long March 2E & 3B satellite launching Rockets improved by the illegal transfer of technologies by Hughes and Loral, are useful for both commercial and military purposes. The military uses include launching military communications and reconnaissance satellites; Space-based sensors; Space-based weapons, if successfully developed; and Satellites for modern command and control and sophisticated intelligence collection. Chinese military has important needs in these areas, including notably space-based communications and reconnaissance capabilities. Design and testing know-how and procedures communicated during launch failure reviews are applied to the reliability of missiles or rockets generally. Hughes & Loral’s comments during the failure investigations related to such matters as missile design, design analysis, testing procedures, the application of technical know-how to particular failure analyses. Information valuable to China’s ballistic and space programs were transferred to China in the failure investigations.

 

HUGHES TRANSFERS: In 1993 and 1995, Hughes showed China how to improve the design and reliability of rockets. Hughes’ advice may also be useful for design and improved reliability of future Chinese ballistic missiles. In 1993 and 1995 Hughes showed China how to improve the design and reliability of Long March rockets with important military applications. The information provided by Hughes also improved the reliability of future ballistic missiles. In 1993 and 1995 Hughes analyzed the causes of China’s launch failures and, for both failures, illegally recommended to China the improvements to the Fairing, as part of the rocket that protects the payload. China changed the fairings of its Long March rocket to incorporate the Hughes recommendations. Hughes also corrected deficiencies in China’s Coupled-Loads Analysis a critical rocket design technology. Hughes also identified changes needed in launch operations of China. Hughes significantly improved the Chinese Space Launch program and contributed to China’s goal of assured access to space. The lessons learned by China are inherently applicable to their missile program.

 

Espionage at Hughes

HUGHES DATA TRANSFERS: Hughes engaged in extensive exchange of data and analyses, which identified and corrected Chinese deficiencies in a number of technical areas. It included- a) anomaly analysis, b) accident investigation techniques, c) telemetry analysis, d) coupled load analysis, e) hardware design and manufacture, f) testing, g) modeling, h) simulation, and i) weather analysis. The illegally transmitted information improved China’s military rockets and operations. It would assist China in the design and improved reliability of future silo-based ICBM or mobile ICBM, including missiles that require fairings (or nose cones). These would include submarine launched ballistic missiles and missiles with advanced payloads (that is, multiple warheads, or certain penetration aids designed to defeat missile defenses. 

 

MIRVs & MRVs: Now China has the capability to develop and deploy silo-based missiles with multiple reentry vehicles (MIRVs or MRVs). China can now deploy multiple warheads (W-88) on those mobile missiles as well. China has gained practical insight into U.S. couples loads analysis, and diagnostic and failure analysis techniques for identifying the causes of a launch failure. Such lessons could be applied to both rockets and missiles.

 

ROCKET GUIDANCE SYSTEMS: In 1996, Loral and Hughes showed China how to improve the design and reliability of the guidance system uses in Chinese Long March Rockets. They identified for China the true cause of the 1996 launch failure as a particular element within the Long March rockets Guidance Unit. They provided China with technical assistance useful not only for commercial and military space launch programs, but for ballistic missiles as well. They submitted lengthy written materials analyzing the cause of the guidance system failure to China and to other foreign nationals. They engaged in technical discussions about the details and causes of the guidance system failure that were recorded by China. The full range and content of these discussions remain unknown. It led to improvements to the guidance system of China’s Long March 3B rocket.

 

WESTERN DIAGNOSTIC & TEST PROCESS: Loral and Hughes provided valuable information that exposed China to Western diagnostic processes that would lead to the improvements in the reliability of all Chinese ballistic missiles. It would help reinforce or add vigor to China’s adherence to good design and test practices, which would be transferred to a ballistic missile program. The exposure to U.S. Diagnostic and test processes would improve the pre-flight-failure analysis and post-flight-failure analysis of China. It would increase the reliability of future ballistic missiles. Information valuable to space and ballistic missile programs of China was transferred. 

 

PHYSICAL ACCESS TO SATELLITES: Unrestricted access to a satellite for as little as two hours could provide China with valuable, non-public information about major satellite subsystems, as well as the design and manufacture of such subsystems. Prior to launch, the satellite, associated test equipment and controlled documents were transported to China and have remained in China for periods as short as a couple of weeks or as long as two months.

 

HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTERS: China requires high performance computers (HPCs) for the design, modeling, testing and maintenance of advanced nuclear weapons based on stolen nuclear weapon’s design information. China had no H.P.C.s in 1996; China had more than 600 U.S.-origin H.P.C.s at the end of 1998. China has demonstrated the capability to assemble an H.P.C. using US origin microprocessors. Though some H.P.C. functions are possible by other means without HPC, this computer work-around remains difficult and imperfect. If China complies with the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT), then its need for HPCs to design, weaponize, deploy, and maintain nuclear weapons is greater than that of any other nation possessing nuclear weapons.

 

SOLID-FUEL AND MOBILE MISSILE LAUNCHER: China’s acquisition of solid-fuel and mobile missile launcher technology, if successfully combined with stolen U.S. nuclear warhead design information, enables China to field a robust, road-mobile, intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) threat to the United States, sooner than would otherwise have been possible.

 

China Bribed Presidents

POLITICAL CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS: Agents tied to China’s military industries, who have illegally provided political contributions may have used these contributions to gain access to U.S. military and commercial technology. China also uses access to its markets to induce U.S. businesses to lobby in behalf of common goals, such as liberalized export standards and practices. China has used access to its markets to induce U.S. business-interests to provide military-related technology. China has adopted policies in recent years aimed at increasing its influence within the United States in order to increase access to U.S. military as well as commercial technology.

 

Motorola’s Iridium Smart Dispenser Technology.

In May 1998, Motorola had provided China with technology that would allow it to build a multiple, independently tractable reentry vehicle (MIRV) missile-dispensing platforms. Smart Dispenser used by China to place two Iridium communications satellites would provide China with technology that would be directly applicable to MIRV dispensing. The Smart Dispenser is an on-orbit maneuvering stage with its own independent guidance system. Motorola did not provide China with information on how to design the Smart Dispenser; rather China built the Smart Dispenser indigenously to Motorola’s specifications. China has demonstrated all of the techniques that are required for developing a MIRV bus, and that China could develop a MIRV dispensing platform within a short period of time after making a decision

 

14 (iv) Spy Shen Jun

APMT PROJECT: APMT program is one of the few commercial communications satellite programs that remained strong despite the Asian financial crisis. Asian Market is flooded with transponder capacity creating a buyers market. At least 10 Asia-Pacific region communications satellite programs have been deferred due to the economic crisis.

 

Hughes proposed APMT sale is that it would help China learn about the deployment of large antenna structures. This would assist China in the development of future reconnaissance satellites. Mechanisms used to deploy large antenna systems were not protected from Chinese scrutiny, in the past. Visual access to the satellite, as well as the risk of unauthorized discussions with engineers, could give China access to this sensitive technology for the first time. APMT satellite is useful for military intelligence. The technology discussed in the technical interchange meetings was transferred to Chinese Army.

 

Hughes hired computer engineer Shen Jun, the elder son of Lieutenant General Shen Rongjun, and gave him high level clearance to allow him access to sensitive classified information. Shen Jun hired in August 1994 as a scientist in the information technology division, and he was Hughes Vice President in charge of marketing and commercial business. At that time division of Space Systems/ Loral was also considering hiring Shen Jun for a position that would have allowed him access to classified information. By June 1995, Shen Jun moved to Hughes business development unit for marketing of APMT Program. Hughes acquired a license from the U.S. State Department for Shen Jun to work as an interpreter.  

 

Gen Shen Rongjun the Deputy Director of PRC Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (COSTIND), traveled to the United States and attended several business meetings with Hughes. General Shen Rongjun has been an advocate at COSTIND for purchasing Western satellites for the PLA, especially since the China’s domestic satellites began failing in early 1990s.

 

Because of the many commonalties between rockets and ballistic missiles, China can apply same system refinements and modifications to both its rockets and ICBM. The failure rates of CSS-4ICBM test flights, and the remedies China adopts to address technical problems with the CSS-4ICBM, would be the same as, or similar to those of the Long march series of rockets.

 

(v) Nuclear Proliferation

CHINA’S NUCLEAR PROLIFERATION: China is the leading proliferator of complete ballistic missile systems and missile components on the world. China has sold complete ballistic missile systems to Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. In 1991 China agreed to April 1987 Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) guidelines, but China has not accepted the revisions to those guidelines issued in 1993. The 1993 MTCR guidelines increase the kinds of missile systems subject to controls and call for a strong presumption to deny both sales of complete systems and component that used in ballistic missiles. China has provided or is providing assistance to the missile and space programs of an umber of countries. These countries include but are not limited to Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and North Korea.

 

CHINESE TRANSFERS TO IRAN: China has provided Iran with ballistic missile technology, including guidance components and recent transfer of telemetry equipment. China is providing Iran with solid-propellant missile technology. China provided Iran with the 95-mile range CSSB8 Ballistic Missile. Since the mid-1980s, China has transferred C-802 Anti-ship Cruise Missiles to Iran. China has also provided assistance to Irans nuclear programs.  

 

CHINESE TRANSFERS TO PAKISTAN: China supplied Pakistan with CSS-X7 (M-11) Mobile Missile Launchers. China has provided Pakistan with the facilities necessary to produce M-11 Ballistic Missiles. China provides Pakistan with assistance on uranium enrichment, ring magnets, and other technologies used in Pakistan’s nuclear weapons program.

 

CHINESE TRANSFERS TO Saudi Arabia: China has provided a complete CSS-2 Missile System with a range of 1,200 to 1,900 miles to Saudi Arabia in 1987.

 

China Buys Nuclear Hardware From USA

WHAT CHINA DIDN’T NEED TO STEAL: Are high-tech exports so vital that the United States is willing to help China build a potent nuclear arsenal and modern missile force to deliver it? After stealing the computer codes for the entire nuclear arsenal, China needs high-performance equipment to manufacture and test its precision parts. China is getting those machines from the United States. Military and strategic value of what China got from the Commerce Department was at least as great as what it may have gotten from spies. China allowed to buy equipment useful for uranium prospecting made by International Imaging Systems, a California company. China helped Iran prospect for uranium that will be used in making nuclear weapons. China bought 600 High Performance Computers. China bought a computer system that is useful for simulating wind effects. China bought equipment from Convex Computer Corp. for processing data from an experimental fusion reactor. China bought University of Electronic Sciences technology, which helps develop stealth aircraft and advanced military radar. China bought $241 million worth of machinery for making special semiconductors that can go into missiles, torpedoes, smart munitions, fuses, and secure communications. China bought $131 million worth high-speed oscilloscopes, which can record data from nuclear weapon tests, help design nuclear weapon firing circuits and develop missile guidance systems. China brought $111 million worth of high-accuracy machine tools that can produce precision parts needed for nuclear weapons and long range missiles. China bought $5.4 million worth of vibration-testing equipment, which can enable nuclear weapons and, missiles to withstand shock, impact, and rapid acceleration.

15 (i) Nuclear Strategy. Test Nbr 596

“596” FIRST CHINESE ATOM BOMB: China joined the ranks of nuclear weapon powers at 07:00 (GMT) on 16 October 1964, by conducting the atmospheric test of the pure-fission U-235 implosion fission device code named “596.” It was China’s first nuclear test. The ‘596’ device weighed 1550 kg. No plutonium was available at this time. The test ground was Lop Nur Test Ground, 42.35 N, 88.30 E. The height of the Test Tower was 102 meter. The yield was 22 Kt.

 

Test Nbr 6. ‘TEST NO. 6’ CHINESE HYDROGEN BOMB: This was China’s sixth nuclear test, and its first full scale radiation implosion (Teller-Ulam) weapon test. It was conducted only 32 months after the first atomic test, the shortest elapsed time for any nuclear weapons state. The device contained U-235, Lithium-6, and U-238. It was detonated at 2960 meters over the Lop Nur Test Ground after being dropped from an H-6. Its yield was 3.3 Mt (mega ton).  The detonated at  00:19:07.9 GMT, on 17 June 1967.

 

W-70 Neutron Warhead. CHINA DEPLOYS W-70 DESIGN NEUTRON BOMB: China said on July 15, 1999, that it has independently mastered the technology needed to build a neutron bomb- a nuclear weapon that produces extremely high levels of radiation. Nobody knows exactly how or what China has developed. It is believed that Beijing ordered a neutron bomb test in 1988. China stole the blueprints to the W-70 warhead, the basis of a neutron bomb, as long ago as the late 1970s. Neutron research began in the United States in the 1970s.

 

NEUTRON BOMB IS ONE-KILOTON NUCLEAR DEVICE: Neutron Bomb is One-Kiloton standard nuclear device. After detonation the blast/fire radius of the 10-Kiloton standard nuclear device is five times that of a one-Kiloton (1-kt) neutron bomb. Neutron bomb kills all living things with a massive fireball/ shock-wave, but leaves most buildings. 

 

INDIGENOUS NUCLEAR TECHNOLOGY: The technological breakthroughs made by Chinese scientists had paralleled those of their US counterparts. China insists that its scientists developed neutron bomb technology independently of the US. China is keen to demonstrate it is a world-class nuclear power capable of keeping up with the latest technology without resorting to espionage. China is thought to have detonated its first neutron bomb 11 years ago in 1988, but made no public announcement about the test. Chairman Mao approves the nuclear weapons program in 1955. In 1964, China conducts its first atmospheric nuclear test at Lop Nor. China’s first nuclear test was a three-megaton weapon at Lap Nor in 1964. In 1967, China conducted its first Hydrogen bomb test. In 1980, China conducted its last atmospheric nuclear test. In 1988, China conducted its first neutron bomb test. In 1996, China conducted its 45^th and final nuclear test. 

 

Neutron Bombs

NEUTRON AND MINIATURE BOMBS: It was logical for China to develop Neutron Bomb capability given the arms race then underway between the US and the Soviet Union. China had no other choice but to continue to carry out research and development of nuclear weapons technology and improve its nuclear weapons systems, mastering in succession the neutron bomb design technology and the nuclear weapon miniaturization technology. China has repeatedly said that its nuclear weapons program is purely for defense purposes.

 

NEUTRON BOMB: Neutron Bombs kill people with extremely high levels of radiation able to penetrate armor or several meters of earth. Unlike conventional nuclear weapons the explosion and heat from a detonated neutron bomb is confined to a relatively small area. The blast and heat effects of a neutron bomb are confined to radius of only a few hundred yards. Neutron bomb throws massive wave of neutron and gamma radiation across larger area, which is extremely destructive to living tissue. Neutron bomb can be launched by missile, artillery, or attack aircraft.

 

CHINA AT PAR WITH USA IN NUCLEAR WEAPON TECHNOLOGY: The Cox report announced that China had systematically stolen detailed blueprints for virtually all the nuclear warheads in the US arsenal. As a result, the Cox report said, china’s technological ability in the field of nuclear weapons had reached at par with the US. China’s nuclear arsenal does not compare to the sheer number of warheads developed by the US – but it has the same lethal intensity. As of 1993 the size of china’s nuclear arsenal was believed to be around 434 active warheads.  Nuclear Weapons Handbook estimates China’s nuclear arsenal as follows: (a) 150 Bombs (150), (b) 50 missiles DF-3/3A, (c) 20 missiles DF-4, (d) 4 missiles DF-5/5A, (d) 96 missiles DF-21/21A, (e) 24 missiles JL-1, (f) 150 other tactical weapons. China maintains a fleet of at least 100 nuclear bombers.

 

CHINESE BALLISTIC MISSILES: The DF series of medium range ballistic missiles forms the backbone of China’s nuclear arsenal. China has produced around 170 DF series missiles. The DF-3a carries a three-megaton warhead and has a range of 2,800-km, its first test launch was in 1966, and it was fully deployed by 1971. The DF-4, developed from the DF-3a, increased China’s intercontinental reach to around 4,7500km. The development of the DF-5 in the late 1960s aimed to produce a missile with a range of up to 12,000km. China proved the reliability of the rocket stage of the missile by launching several satellites in the late 1970s. Only DF-5s have been deployed- but each has a warhead of at least four megatons, and the range to reach North America.

 

SUBMARINE LAUNCH: China’s submarine launch missile, the JL-1- the giant missile, is ejected from its launch pod before it fires its engines. It was first tested in October 1982, it has a limited range of 1,800 km.

 

ADVANCED TACTICAL WEAPON FOR LIMITED STRIKE: Nuclear explosions release energy in three different ways- thorough the blast, heat and radiation. Thermonuclear weapons are also known as hydrogen bombs. Neutron bombs or enhanced radiation weapons were first developed as an advanced tactical weapon to form part of a limited strike arsenal. China’s announcement that it has developed miniature warhead techniques and the neutron bomb are arguably the first official evidence of a tactical weapons program to be used in limited combat scenario.

 

MINIATURE NUCLEAR WARHEADS: Cox report said that China acquired details of its most sophisticated current warhead-the W-88. This miniature tapered warhead is deployed with the Trident D-5 submarine launch missile. Miniaturization mans that lower yields of nuclear material can be used without necessarily affecting the amount of energy released. This is achieved by “Implosion” technique. A conventional explosive is placed around the plutonium or uranium 235. When it detonates, it compresses the radioactive element so much that the critical size of material needed for a nuclear explosion is greatly reduced.

CHINA LAUNCHING HUMANS INTO SPACE: China is closer to becoming the only the third nation in history to launch humans into space. Only the United States and Russia have the capability to send people into space and China seems ready to become the only third nation to join this exclusive club. For many years China has set a goal building a manned spacecraft. China may make a manned flight this year.

 

CHANG ZHENG 2F ROCKET: There has been a report that show Chinese spacecraft and rocket. The pictures depict a spacecraft based on the Russian Soyuz design atop a larger rocket with four booster motors attached to the sides. Mr. Clark, in Jane’s Intelligence Review, describes the rocket as the Chang Zheng 2F, an upgraded version of one of China’s largest satellite launchers, the Long March CZ-3E. The new version is capable of placing a 10 metric-ton payload into low Earth orbit.

 

CHINESE SPACECRAFT: Chinese manned spacecraft weighs about 8.4 metric tons. The spacecraft itself  resembles the Russian Soyuz, which is built in three sections- a propulsion section, an orbital section and a return module- but it is larger and carries two pairs of solar-power panels instead of one set as the Russian craft does. The Central orbital module, instead of being spheroidal like the Soyuz, is more cylindrical. The Chinese version is designed to make docking with other craft and transferring crew members easy. The completed rocket and spacecraft will be rolled out of an assembly building to a gantry and firing pad. The rocket will be on a mechanical crawler with tank-like treads that slowly move it to a launching pad. Previously, Chinese space rockets were assembled from components on the pad before launchings, not transported there ready to fly.

 

TRANSFER OF RUSSIAN SPACE TECHNOLOGY: The push towards the current manned flight effort, dubbed Project 921, began in March 1995, when China made a deal with Russia to acquire space technology, including information on life-support systems, docking mechanisms for spacecraft and spacesuits. In October 1966, two Chinese astronauts, Li Qinglong and Wu Jie, and more than a dozen trainers and support workers arrived at Russian cosmonaut training center outside Moscow and stayed for about a year.  In October 1966 China announced plans to fly a manned spacecraft. Most of the technology developed is the Chinese adaptation of Russian ideas and equipment. China want to prove that it is a technically sophisticated nation and a great power that does not need outside help. There is no economic payback for a manned space program. The manned space club is very exclusive. It’s is all for the prestige. China is willing to spend part of its funds to develop technology that is distinctly its own for sending humans into space. This way China can say. This is not US technology. This is not Russian technology. This is very much Chinese technology. China does not need to steal your secrets and expertise- it has its own. 

 

CHINA’S GREAT LEAP IN SPACE: On April 24, 1970 China launches its first satellite, the 381-pound DF-1, abroad a three-stage rocket. It broadcast the music of “Dong Fang Hong” (“the East is Red”). On March 3, 1971, China launches its second satellite, Shi Jian 1. On November 26,1975 China launches its first recoverable satellite Fanhui Shi Weixing, presumed to be carrying prototypes of ground observing cameras, is launched and retrieved three days later.

 

On September 19, 1981 three satellites are launched abroad one FB-1 rocket. On April 8, 1984 China’s first successful communications satellite, Shiyan Tongbu Tongxin Weixing is launched into a geostationary orbit and functions for more than 4 years. On April 7 1990 China flies its first non-Chinese commercial payload –AsiaSat1. On July 16, 1990 the CZ-2E heavy-lift launching vehicle, capable of placing nearly 20,000 pounds into low earth orbit makes its maiden flight. On February 14, 1996 six people are killed and a $126 million IntelSat satellite is lost, when guidance system problems cause its booster rocket, a CZ-3B, to crash on its maiden flight. During October 1996 two Chinese astronaut trainees, Li Qinglong and Wu Jie, arrive in Moscow for space-flight training. They return to China in September 1997, and are thought to be in the line for the first manned flight.

Arms Control & Disarmament

CHINESE WHITE PAPER ON DEFENSE: In 1995 China issued a white paper titled, China: Arms control and Disarmament.

 

CHINA’S NATIONAL DEFENSE POLICY: IMPACT OF OPIUM WAR: Following the Opium War in 1840, China was gradually reduced to a semi-colonial and semi-feudal country. Chinese nation was subject to the imperialist powers’ invasion, oppression, bullying and humiliation time and time again. Even when China becomes strong and powerful in future, it will by no means take to the road of foreign aggression and expansion.  China is a country with 5,000 years of civilization, and a peace-loving tradition.

 

CHINESE DEFENSE SYSTEM: The National People’s Congress (NPC) of the PRC is the highest organ of the state power. It decides on the questions of war and peace. The Central Military Commission (CMC) directs and assumes unified command of the nation’s armed forces. The PLA is organized under 4 Departments; General Staff Department, General Political Department, General Logistics Department and General Armament Department. The General Armament Department organizes and leads the army’s work in military equipment. The Armed forces of the PRC are composed of the PLA, both the active and reserve components, the Chinese people’s Armed Police Force and the militia. The Standing Army undertakes the task of defensive combat and helps to maintain social order. The Reservists undergo military training in peacetime and help to maintain social order. Armed Police Force undertakes the tasks for maintenance of security and social order. The militiamen, under the command of military organs, perform combat service support and defensive operations and help to maintain social order. The PLA comprises of 4 forces, the Army, the Navy, the Air force, and Second Artillery Force. The PLA is organized in seven military area commands nationwide. The total size of the   PLA will be 2.5 million men.  

 

ALLOCATION OF FUNDS: Out of the total Chinese Defense expenditure in 1997, the personnel expenses account for 35.89 percent (%), the maintenance of activities accounts for 32.66 percent (%), and the new equipment account for 31.45 percent (%).

 

MILITARY MEN WORK FOR NATIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS: Since the 1980s China’s armed forces have opened 101 airports to the public, surrendered or opened 29 harbors and docks, more than 300 special railway lines, 90 telecommunication lines, 1000-some warehouses, and over 3 million square meters of land and barrack facilities. The PLA have devoted more than 400 million workdays and 25 million vehicle trips to support 10,000-odd key projects. PLA soldiers helped build 260 bridges, 4,100 kilometers of highways and railways, 50 docks, 40 civil and military-civil airports, 500 energy projects, 2000 water conservancy projects, 20,000 kilometers of optical cable telecommunication lines and 500 economic and technological development and tourism development projects.

 

PLA ROLE IN RESEARCH: During 1990s, during last 10 years the PLA have supported more than 1000 national economic construction projects, 150 scientific research projects, transferred 10,000-some scientific and technological findings to the civilian sector. PLA trained nearly one million scientific and technological personnel. PLA helped civilian enterprises complete 900-odd technical information project. PLA helped 320 enterprises to get out of the red and become profitable.

 

PLA ROLE IN AGRICULTURE: PLA has dredged more than 500 rivers, built 200,000-odd kilometers or irrigation channels, dams and dikes. PLA dug more than 1,000 reservoirs and reclaimed wasteland and leveled land of over 2 million hectares. PLA has offered agro-technique training courses to some 4.5 million people, and training to more than 20,000 medical personnel. PLA was involved in poverty eradication program in 23,000 poor areas.  PLA has completed over 100,000 projects for the public good. It planted more than 400 million trees. It built 797 Hope primary schools. 

 

TECHNICAL TRAINING OF SOLDIERS: PLA trains soldiers to become technically competent both for military and civilian services. The Routine Service Regulations of the PLA stipulates that every Saturday may be reserved for training personnel competent for both military and civilian services. Every Saturday military personnel are organized to study scientific and cultural subjects. More than one (1) million officers have received academic certificates at or above the junior college levels. More than 85 percent of the ordinary soldiers have received in-service technical training, and nearly half, 50 percent of soldiers have been awarded technician’s certificates of various grades. When they leave active service, they join the industrial force.

 

CHINA’S NUCLEAR WEAPONS: China has world’s fourth largest nuclear weapons arsenal, the UK has less nuclear weapons than china. Chinese nuclear arsenal approximates 450 nuclear weapons of at least five different types, divided between 300 strategic weapons on land-based missiles, bombers and submarine launched missiles. China has 150 tactical nuclear weapons, nuclear artillery shells and atomic demolition munitions. Together China’s nuclear arsenal has a cumulative yield of 250 megatons or around 16,000 Hiroshima bombs.

 

CHINA’S NUCLEAR TESTING PROGRAM: China has conducted 42 nuclear tests since 1964. Testing takes place in Lop Nor site, approximately 265 kilometers south-east of Urumqi in the Xinjian region. The Xingian region is home to the Uighur people. The chief design laboratory for Chinese nuclear weapons is the Ninth Academy at Mianyang (Sicuan) or the Chinese Academy of engineering Physics. Plutonium production for weapons purposes, which had taken place in two reactors, in Jiuguan (Gansu) and Guangyuan (Sichuan) reportedly ceased in 1991. A new plutonium facility opened in mid 1990s.

CHINESE NUCLEAR TESTS FROM 1964 TO 1995: China has exploded 42 nuclear bombs in nuclear test site Lop Nor in the western province of Xin Jiang. China exploded 23 nuclear bombs in the atmosphere, the last one on 16^th October 1980. China exploded 19 underground nuclear bombs, since 1969. PRODUCTIVE ARMED FORCES: Indian Army should adopt Chinese system that employs Chinese soldiers in developmental, infrastructure, educational, and industrial activities. Indian soldiers do not work in developmental projects and are thus a drain on national resources. Indian Army personnel should be given technical training and should be employed full time in industrial and infrastructure development projects. Chinese Army manages many large industrial enterprises that employ the soldiers and have been set up by foreign capital. India should follow this Chinese policy. Indian Army should establish a number of foreign joint venture to establish a large industrial base of military-industrial complex.

(i) China Vulnerable in High Mountain Warfare

Chinese Invasions of Tibet

TIBET INVADED CHINA: Mongol barbarian horse-riders have invaded China from the North, throughout the history of China. Tibet barbarians periodically invaded China before Tibet became Buddhist. Tibet became Buddhist when Chinese Emperor gave a Buddhist Chinese princes as bride to the barbarian ruler of Tibet. Tibet ruler attacked India during Mauryan dynasty and defeated the grandson of Emperor Ashoka, 50 years after the death of Ashoka. Dalai Lama was the spiritual leader of the Mongol Empire. Dalai Lama sought the help of Mongol Army to disarm unruly Tibet chieftains. The modern weapons would make ordinary Tibetan Buddhist a formidable mountain-warrior. Chinese Army can not fight mountain war effectively. The Buddhists of Tibet understand Tibet's weather and terrain. Tibet’s Buddhist mountain-warrior would be more formidable than Afghan Mujahideens. Indian and US support to Tibet Buddhist fundamentalists will create a fighting army out of Buddhists and monks.

 

GEOPOLITICS OF HIGH MOUNTAIN WARFARE: The necessary military equipment should be given to Tibet’s Buddhists. Recent technological advancements have made the High Mountain Warfare Troops the most prized divisions of the Light Mobile Infantry. The advances in the winter clothing, technology of thinsulated winter wear, light overalls and shoes, thinsulated tents, snowmobiles allow ordinary soldier face the challenges of Alaskan, Siberian and high mountain winters. The ready to eat, condensed, high-protein, long-lasting, food products, are lightweight, allow soldiers to self-carry six-month supply of food rations.  The advances in computer-Information technology, cellular telephones, wireless-Internet connections, voice-pagers, Global Position Satellite (GPS) technology, Satellite TV broadcasting, allows the isolated, forward units real-time communications and precise map-location of the forward units and moving targets. The low orbit satellites provide target locations, and in-flight target corrections for the Precision Guided Munitions (PGMs). The man-carried missiles and precision mortars allows the destruction of moving transport targets to a distance of over 50 miles.

 

China Vulnerable in Tibet

DISRUPTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC: Tibet Buddhist fundamentalists can easily disrupt the vehicular traffic in the Tibet Plateau. The high mountain ranges are similar to ocean. One need not occupy every mountaintop, just as one does not occupy every mile of sea surface. The purpose of navy is to control the sea-lanes and to deny the enemy the use of sea-lanes.  Similarly, the purpose of High-Mountain Warfare is to secure the transport-artery of high-mountain roads, and to disrupt the transport of goods to the enemy. Without the steady flow of essential supplies, the Chinese garrisons will fall to the Tibet Buddhist warriors.  Tibet Buddhist mobile warriors should encircle the selected garrisons and cut off their supplies.

 

GEO-POLITICS OF TIBET & AFGHANISTAN: The military lessons of high-mountain warfare, Afghan war against Soviet Union, and Afghan War against India in Kargil are applicable to Buddhist-Communist warfare in Tibet Plateau. Tibet is much larger scale than Afghanistan. The high-mountains that separates Lhasa the Capital of Tibet from China’s nearest metropolis is far longer and less hospitable than the mountain ranges that separated Afghanistan from southern Russia. 

 

Secession of Non Han-Buddhists

GENERAL WAR OF MOUNTAIN PEOPLE: In China non-Han minorities account for ten (10) of population and occupy sixty (60) percent landmass of China. Mountain people have historically harassed Chinese civilization. Han Chinese cannot fight a long drawn mountain-warfare. The mountain peoples of China can be mobilized and trained in mountain warfare. Nepali Gurkha will train them to be effective soldiers.  

 

CHINESE MINORITIES: Minorities in China account for 10 percent of the population and occupy 60 percent of the land in China. Throughout history, mountain peoples have invaded China. Tibet had invaded China. China built Great Wall of China to protect against barbarians of the West. China is scared of the Western barbarians. India is the Western power for China. India should aggressively arm Chinese minorities to engineer the secession of Tibet, Sinkiang, Qinghai, Sichuan, and Yunnan Provinces of China.

 

COMMUNIST CHINA IS ANTI-BUDDHIST: The Communist China is against Buddhism and Taoism. Eighty percent of China is either Buddhist of Taoist. Ninety-five percent population of mountainous people is Buddhist or Taoist. China can not defend Tibet. India should lead Buddhist revolution in China. 

 

Sinkiang-Tibet-Yunnan Wars

SINKIANG-TIBET-YUNNAN WAR: Sinkiang borders with Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyszstan, Tajikistan, Kashmir, Pakistan and India. Tibet borders with Kashmir, India, Nepal, Sikkim, Bhutan, Assam, and Burma. Yunnan borders with Burma, Laos, and Vietnam. Tibet War of liberation would involve Vietnam, Laos, Burma, Indian Assam, Bhutan, Sikkim, Nepal, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan. Indian states of Arunachal Pradesh, Bhutan, Sikkim, Nepal, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Ladhak, border Tibet.

 

YARKAND LHASA ROAD: The purpose of Indian mountain warfare shall disrupt vehicular traffic in Yarkand-Lhasa Raod by arming Tibetan Buddhist revolutionaries. The main towns on the Yarkand-Lhasa road are: Yecheng, Alasitan, -Lhasa Raod by arming Tibetan Buddhist revolutionaries. The main towns on the Yarkand-Lhasa road are: Yecheng, Alasitan, Satula, Shangkasa, Luoduoke, Longka, Dekamalu, Zhaxigang, Gar, Taqin, Niuke, Nakechake, Zhongba, Teladuomu, Lage, Lazi, Sajia, Xigaze,Yanabajing, and Lhasa. The main towns on Lhasa-Gauhati via Bhutan are lhasa, Gonge, Naidong, Zhegu, and Tashi Gang Dzong in Bhutan. Main towns on Xigaze Gangtok road are Xigaze, Ballang, Jiangzi, Gulu, and Gangtok Skiim. The main towns in Xigaze Kaathmandu raod are Xigaze, Baija, Xiln, Xiegeel, Dingri, Nyenyam, Kodari, Bhaktapur, and Kathmandu. China will lose the Tibet war, as the vehicular traffic on the road linking Shache (Yarkand) to Lhasa can easily be disrupted from Shangkasa near Himachal Pradesh to Lhasa. China can not simply defend this road.

 

MILITARY LESSONS OF KARGIL WAR: The geopolitical lesson of afghan mercenary incursions into Kargilis that a small group of determined mountain climbers can develop a fortress type base at mountaintops. If they have a clear view of the main road, even from a 20 milesdistance they can disrupt the vehicular traffic, by Precision guided munitions, mortars, and guns. A platoon can stock ration and munitions for six months.

 

Arms for Tibet Buddhists

ARM TIBETAN REVOLUTIONARIES: India should raise the standing army of 100,000 Buddhist Tibetan revolutionaries, train them in high mountain warfare and deploy them in Tibet to disrupt vehicular traffic. Tibet and Qinghai provinces do not belong to China. Unless cchina agree to make Dalai Lama or Li Honghzi the President of China, Indai should work towards the secession of Tibet, Qinghai, Yunnan, and Sinkiang from China.

Ban on Falun Gong is War

GLOBAL CIVILIZATIONAL WAR HAS BEGUN: The Global Civilizational War and the War of Religions began in Beijing on Thursday, July 29, 1999. Religious War began when atheist Communist Government banned the Buddhist Law Falun Gong religious sect in China and issued an arrest warrant through Interpol for Li Hongzhi the founder of Falun Gong. The crackdown began on July 19.  “The crackdown on Falun Gong appears to be a classic clash of ancient Chinese culture with the grim modern reality of Communist party politics. On one side is an army of ordinary people, yearning for spiritual fulfillment. On the other side is an increasingly paranoid crew of Communist Party leaders,” wrote Seth Faison in New York Times (8/30/1999). Chairman Mao Tse Tung during 1950s and 1960s caused the death of more than 60 million devout Buddhists by starvation and executions. Josheph Stalin ordered the executions of more than 30 million devout orthodox Christians. Pol Pot and Khmer Rouge executed more than 400,000 Buddhists around one-fourth population of Cambodia. Chinese authorities destroyed 1.5 million books, magazines and publications of Falun Gong. Chinese governments have arrested thousands of followers of Falun Gong throughout China. Falun Gong membership exceeds 100 million. Under the central leadership of Falun Dafa Research Society there are 39 provincial-level general guidance stations, and 1,900 lower-level guidance stations spread all over China. They have more than 28,000 practice sites, mostly in urban parks and public places. China has resurrected the Maoist method of mind control, the time-tested Re-education programs recently in Buddhist Tibet, against Lama Buddhists.   .

 

HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS IN CHINA: A Court in Beijing sentenced two prominent politicians, Zha Jianguo and Gao Hongming, for eight and nine years in prison, for supporting Xu Wenli, on August 2, 1999. Xu Wenli the leader of the China Democracy Party sentenced for 13 years in prison in December 1998. China punished them for plotting to subvert the Communist Party’s monopoly on political power, and for organizing and plotting subversion of the state political power.

 

DONG-FONG 31 ICBM & JULANG II SLMB: China currently has only 20 ICBMs capable of reaching the United States. These ICBMs require such a long warm-up period that the United States could conceivably knock them all out before a single one is fired. China test-launched on August 1, the Dong-Feng 31 missile, which can carry a single 1,500-pound nuclear warhead in a range of about 5,000 miles. DF-31 can reach the United States. DF-31 has mobile launchers that evade counter-attacks. Another missile the submarine-launched Julang II is also scheduled for testing this year. China declared that many of rockets of China match the leading missiles of the world. The PLA is working hard to catch up with the major powers of the world.

 

Clinton Doctrine

CLINTON DOCTRINE CAUSES CIVILIZATIONAL WAR: Today’s war is not one fought for the control of territory, because the (NATO) alliance will not have meaning in the 21^st century if it permits the slaughter of innocents at its doorstep, said Clinton. “It is a reasonable guess that none of the men that founded NATO could ever have imagined that the alliance might one day fight such a war for such a purpose, as in Kosovo, wrote News Week. When the 19 leaders of the member nations of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) gathered in Washington to mark NATO’s 50^th anniversary, they had to justify why they were fighting in Yugoslavia. NATO’s charter pledges that its purpose is defense against “an armed attack against one more” of its members. 

 

THREAT OF CLINTON’S DOCTRINE: Whenever a US president has publicized a doctrine after himself, it has spelled trouble for other nations. The Truman and Eisenhower doctrines bore the imprint of the imperial presidency. The Reagan doctrine spelled destabilizing covert interventions, such as in Afghanistan and Nicaragua. The sweeping nature and interventionist orientation of the Clinton Doctrine spurs international concern. Clinton has cared little for his touted goals or the calamitous effects of his interventionist urges. Bill Clinton set out to build the precedent for NATO interventions without a UN mandate. He succeeded in getting the UN to legitimize the aggression, retroactively. NATO’s bombardments exposed the limits of air power and the not-so-stealthy capacity of the stealth bombers. NATO jets and missiles inflicted little damage on Serb forces in the field. Clinton doctrine embodies his personal readiness to intervene in any humanitarian crisis that United States deems fit. Clinton doctrine commits America to do whatever is in its power to stop sectarian or ethnic genocide within or beyond other nations’ borders even when US national interests are not at stake. The doctrine opens the way for Clinton to try to leave a distinct foreign policy legacy at the end of his term. The emerging civil war in China will expose the true motivations underlying Clinton’s doctrine. 

 

Nuclear Umbrella over Taiwan

NEED TO SUPPORT TAIWAN: Would Clinton administration consider curtailing security assistance to Taiwan due to its displeasure with Taiwan’s President Lee Teng-hui’s statement that Taipei and Beijing talks should be conducted on a state to state basis? If true these shortsighted, wrong-headed sanctions are not in the US interest, and will undermine Taiwan’s fundamental security and may destabilize the fragile peace in northeast Asia. Clinton Administration’s one-China policy was a puzzling fiction. Salutations to the President Lee for having the courage to state the obvious, that the Republic of China on Taiwan is a de factor sovereign state. Clinton Administration is caving in to Red China and it will drag the United States even deeper into the one-China hole. At a time when the United States should be seizing every opportunity to break free of one China, the Administration was paralyzed by its own anachronistic policy, better known as appeasement.

 

Christianityy-Communism Allies

CATHOLIC-COMMUNIST SECRET ALLIANCE: The US response to the anti-Buddhist crackdown in China will define the looming civilizational war. Christian ruling elite in China shifted allegiance to Maoist China when Christian Chiang Kaisheik left for Taiwan. Christian Chinese played an important role in murdering more than 60 million Chinese Buddhists in China by slow starvation, the policy later adopted by Khmer Rouge in Cambodia. It explains that even Jyoti Basu, the Communist Party leader in West Bengal defends the massacre of Buddhists in Cambodia by Khmer Rogue. Catholic President Diem of South Vietnam continued to prosecute and torture Vietnamese Buddhists even if it meant losing the war to Communists. Christian Church supported the Christian Pol Pot and Christian dominated Khmer Rogue during its extermination campaign against Buddhists specially monks. The frontier of Christianity is pushing westward from East Asia’s pacific coast. During 1950, Christians did not account for more than 1 percent of Korea’s population. Christians accounted more than 30 percent of Korea’s population in 1980. It is possible that the recent communist crackdown against Buddhists in China has the blessing of the Vatican, as the greatest common enemy of the Vatican and Communists in China is the Buddhism-Taoism.

 

Karl Marx Prostitute Philosopher

KARL MARX WAS A VATICAN’S HIRED PROSTITUTE-PHILOSOPHER: It has even been argued that Karl Marx was a prostitute-philosopher hired by Vatican’s Pope to produce a secular iconoclastic ideological concoction to justify the mass-murders of the believers of non-Catholic religions. It is no accident that every committed Marxist Russian Jew, becomes a practicing fundamentalist, Orthodox Jew immediately after his or her arrival in a Western State outside Russia. It as been argued that Catholic Joseph Stalin purposely targeted devout Orthodox Christians for executions among the 30 millions Russians that died at his orders. Catholic Joseph Stalin, Catholic Mao Tse Tung of China, Christian Solomon Bhandarnaike of Sri Lanka, Christian Pol Pot, and Christian Harry Lee Kwan Wee of Singapore intentionally concealed their Christian beliefs to capture political power in the non-Christian societies. The Vatican and Western powers in Turkey and India to damage Islam and Hinduism respectively implanted Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru as spies. The evil Vatican-Communism nexus would come out in open after the recent crackdown against Falun Gong and Buddhists in China. In the civilizational wars, Hindu India shall support Eastern Church in Russia, as well as Buddhists in China, Burma and Cambodia. India should also support anti-Kemalist Islamic factions in Turkey and Kurdistan. It is no accident that Stalin was enemy of Orthodoxy, and Mao enemy of Buddhism, Ataturk enemy of Islam, Nehru enemy of Hinduism, Bhandarnaike enemy of Hinduism, and Lee enemy of Buddhism.

 

UNITED STATES’ OPTIONS IN CHINA: United States as a leader of the Catholic-Protestant Western Christendom, may be tempted to support albeit condone Communist mass-suppression of Buddhist and Taoist Religions in China affecting more than hundred million followers of Falun Gong. Vatican may be gloating over this development as Communists are behaving similar to the secular executioners of the Catholic inquisitors who burnt on stakes the enemies of the Catholics. Would United States lose its moral leadership of the democratic world to promote the Catholic and Evangelist agenda in China? The response of the United States in China will determine the responses of the other great powers. If United States promotes Christian interests in China, overriding its national interest, and then other great powers will define their foreign policy to promote the interest of their religion and civilization. It will be a sad day for the modern world. It may herald a global Dark Age in the world.

 

CHINESE INVASIONS OF AUSTRALIA: Non-Han Chinese minorities account for 10 percent of Chinese population, but occupy 60 percent lands of China. Han Chinese cannot settle down in the freezing cold of Eastern Siberia. Chinese military leaders know military history and will not foolishly invade Siberia instigated by the Vatican and the United States. General Siberian Winter will give devastating defeat to the Chinese invaders, as it defeated the invading armies of Napoleon, William Kaiser and Adolph Hitler. Chinese eyes are set on Australia and New Zealand. United States and United Europe may support or condone the Chinese massacre of millions of Buddhist followers of Falun Gong, hoping that it will result in Christianized China. Would Christianized China cease to be a threat to Australia? China, whether Communist, Buddhist or Christian, would remain a threat to Australia and New Zealand. Would United States hand over Australia and New Zealand to China to entice the Buddhists to become Christians? India will not oppose Chinese invasions of Australia. Hindu India might retaliate to western support to Chinese suppression of Buddhism, by doubling its support to the coalition of Hindu, Buddhist, and Orthodox civilizations.

 

COMMUNIST RULE IS FOREIGN RULE IN CHINA: Chinese people have now realized that the monopoly of political power exercised by the Communist Party resulted in the foreign occupation of China by Westernized Communists. Mongols had occupied China in the past.  China came under the rule of foreign Mongol rulers. Similarly Communist have occupied China and imposed foreign rule over China. India and United States should help Chinese people expel the communist occupation forces. Chinese civilization, culture and religion is under a foreign rule under the Communist Government.

 

CHINESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HAPPY: Chinese Communist Party represents the military occupation of China. People in India are much happier in India, than Chinese people in China. India and United States should support the independence movement in China. India cannot allow China to remain a Communist colony.  The current Chinese Communist rulers may look, dress and talk like a Chinaman they are the enemy of Chinese culture, religion and civilization. Christian Mao Tse Tung collaborated with foreign powers to murder more than 60 million Chinese Buddhists by starving them to death, similar to the murder Progrom implemented by pro-China Khmer Rogue in Cambodia. Chinese communists have murdered more Chinese than any other foreign dynasty that ruled China in the past. The rule of the Communists in China is the rule of the evil foreigners. It is a sad irony that one-fourth of the mankind is under servitude and foreign rule in China.

 

COMMUNISM IS THE PRINCIPAL THREAT TO WORLD: Communism is the principal threat to the Buddhist, Hindu and Orthodox civilizations. Karl Marx was a philosopher-prostitute hired by Vatican to produce a philosophic concoction, which will devastate the non-Catholic civilizations. All followers of Marxism are political-prostitutes, as they are willing to sabotage their national culture to promote foreign causes. Communist China is the principal threat to India. Communist and Socialist philosophy and political belief system is the principal threat to Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism and Orthodoxy.

 

INDIAN SYSTEM SUPERIOR TO CHINESE COMMUNISM: Indian political system is far superior to that of China. People are happier in India than in China. Indian culture and civilization is free, independent and vibrant. Chinese culture and civilization is under the yoke of aliens and foreigners, who are conspiring to destroy Buddhism and Taoism in China.

 

LI HONGZHI FUTURE PRESIDENT OF CHINA: India and United States should join forces to bring down the evil Communist rule in China. China is heading towards a full-scale Civil War between Communists and Buddhists.

India should distribute AK-44 assault rifles, smallarms and ammunitions to Chinese people in Tibet, Xinjian and South China. A free distribution of guns, smallarms and ammunitions, valued  $10 million will cause destruction in China more than 10 billion dollars.

ATHIESM VESUS THEISM: The fault-line between Communism and Buddhism-Taoism has taken a life of its own, the atheist iconoclastic religion of Communism has embarked on the war of annihilation against theist Buddhist-Taoist religions. Catholics may support the cause of Communism by arguing that Buddhism is a not a religion as it does not believe in God. Communists need the support of the Catholics to brand Buddhism and Taoism as non-religious superstition. Pope has declared an open war against Buddhism, by expeling Buddhism itself from the world body of Religions.

 

KOSOVO WAR AND TIMING OF CRACKDOWN: It is likely that the timing of the Chinese crackdown is related to the NATO bombing of the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade and the erupting Chinese anti-American demonstrations. It is likely that Catholics have shifted the anti-American demonstrations, by encouraging Chinese Communists to eliminate Buddhist Falun Gong. Chinese started demonstrating against Falun Gong, forgetting the bombing incident. Chinese President Jian Zemin’s memo against Falun Gong dated May 8, the day after NATO bombed the Chinese Embassy in Yugoslavia. 

 

FORCES OF VIRTUE AND FORCES OF EVIL: As violence increases, the initial issues at stake tend to be redefined more exclusively as ‘us’ against ‘them.’ A hate dynamics develops comparable to the security dilemma in international affairs; in which mutual fear, distrust, and hatred feed on each other. Each side dramatizes and magnifies the distinction between the forces of virtue and the forces of evil. Both sides eventually attempt to transform his distinction into the ultimate distinction between the quick and the dead.

 

RELIGIOUS IDENTITY PREDOMINATES: In the course of the war, the multiple identities fade and the identity most meaningful in relation to the conflict comes to dominate. The religion defines that identity. Psychologically, religion provides the most reassuring and supporting justification for struggle against ‘Godless’ forces, which is threatening. Practically, its Buddhist religious or civilizational democratic community is the broadest community to which the Chinese Falun Gong group involved in the conflict can appeal for support. India should support Chinese Buddhists.

 

MODERATES VERSUS RADICALS: The extremists overtake moderates. Moderates with more limited goals, such as autonomy rather than independence gets supplemented or supplanted by radicals committed to achieving more extreme goals through violence. The victory of the extremists over moderates, Bolsheviks victory over Mensheviks in Russian revolution, Jacobins victory over Girodins, suggests that if the Communist onslaught against Falun Gong continues, then the Buddhist Fundamentalism will challenge the supremacy of Chinese Communism. Buddhist-Taoist fundamentalists will give a befitting defeat to the Communists, similar to the Soviet defeat in Afghanistan. India should promote Buddhist fundamentalism in China as a political weapon against Communism.

 

MOUNTAIN PEOPLES AT WAR AGAINST HANS- CHINESE: The Chinese minorities occupy 60 percent of Chinese lands and account for 10 percent of Chinese populations. Buddhism and Taoism is even today very well entrenched Religion in Tibet, Outer Mongolia and mountainous southern China. The communist force defeated Chiang Kaisheik forces by mobilizing the support of the Chinese mountainside. Chinese crackdown of Falun Gong will result in to the rebellion of Chinese minorities who shall assert their independence and religion to secede from the atheist godless Chinese regime. Chinese crackdown over Falun gong will lead to the disintegration of China, and secession of the minorities that occupy more than 60 percent of Chinese landmass.

 

GEO-POLITICS OF MOUNTAIN WARFARE: The continuous stretch of high mountains from Outer Mongolia to Himalayas to Kurdistan almost touches the Mediterranean coast. The precision guided munitions, thinsulated winter clothing, man-held missiles has resulted in rise of unbeatable, mountain-warfare, mobile guerrilla infantry. A Light Mobile Mountain Army of a small group of soldiers shall occupy snow clad mountain top bunkers. Mountain Army equipped and supplied with snowmobiles, thinsulated winter clothing, six-month supply of lightweight high-protein pre-packaged food ration, cellular telephones, wireless Internet connections, GPS location locators, man-carried smart missiles, mortars, and light precision-guided-munitions, will be a formidable force. Mountain rebels will effectively challenge the Chinese Army and Air Force in Tibet, Outer Mongolia and in mountainous southern China.

 

China Losing Tibet War

CHINA WILL LOSE THE MOUNTAIN-WARFARE: Afghans knew the terrain and used mountaintop bunkers to shoot down Soviet supply planes and supply trucks. English accepted Aghan independence after two disastrous Afghan Wars. English accepted the independence of Nepal and Tibet. The Maritime powers cannot fight in high mountains. Even after centuries of Spanish rule, the unmixed Incas account for 53 percent of Peru’s population, and Mestizos account for 43 percent of Peru’s population. Russians balked at the disastrous Chechen war, because it could possibly expand into a general conflict between the Russians and the mountain peoples, along the lines of the struggle that went on for decades in the nineteenth century. Few thousand Afghan soldiers occupying mountaintops in Kargil required the massive deployment of Indian troops to flush them out. India should openly supply military equipment and weapons to Buddhists among Chinese mountain-peoples, to expand the Communist-Falun Gong conflict into a general conflict between the Han-China and the Chinese mountain-peoples. Mountain peoples occupy 60 percent landmass of China. The cities of the Chinese mountain-lands are easily accessible from India, Pakistan, Kazhakstan and Mongolia than they are from mainland Han-China. Mountain-people minorities will defeat the Han forces in the mountainside battles.

 

AMERICAN CIVILIZATIONAL REALPOLITIK OUTLOOK: The issue before White House and the Capitol is whether to support Communists or Buddhists in China. Catholic civilizational realpolitik will support Communist measures to undermine or massacre Buddhists in China, to pave the way for Christianizing China. Once United States and Vatican openly support the communist massacre of Buddhists and Taoists in China; they would become anti-Religion powers. Then West should not oppose if Vietnam’s Communists use force against Christians in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.

 

FRONTIERS OF CHRISTIANITY IN ASIA: Frontiers of Christianity are pushing westwards from the pacific coasts of Asia. United States is the leader of the modern Christian Crusades. Catholic Crusades organized to re-conquer Holy lands sought landing rights in the Byzantine Empire. The result of the Crusades was the conquest of the Byzantine Empire by Ottoman Turks and the conquest of the Arab world including Holy lands by Ottoman Turks. Ottomans ruled the Islamic world with the help of Christian bureaucracy, and Croatian Catholic Viziers. Catholics supported Ottomans in their conquest of Byzantine as well as Arab World. Kurds Ayyubid Dynasty ruled the Arab world, at he times of crusades, and Ottoman Turks conquered them both, with the tacit support of the Roman Catholics. Incidentally, both Ottoman Turks and Kurds were people of the mountains. Ottoman Turks protected the interests of the Catholic Vatican, by occupying the Islamic world and by keeping Orthodox Christians under subjugation. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk was also a Vatican implant, who undermined the Islamic base in Turkey, and undertook the massive Westernization of Turkey to eliminate Islamic threats to Catholic Europe. Christian Sun Yatsen was also a Christian implant in China to eliminate the power base of Buddhists in China. Christian Chiang Kaisheik preferred transfer of power to Westernized Mao Tse Tung, than to any Buddhists or Taoists. South Vietnam’s Christian President Diem oppressed Buddhist monks even when their continued support could have averted North Vietnamese victory. United States destabilized Non-aligned Buddhist-Hindu civilizations of Cambodia and Laos, not to promote the influence of United States but to promote the Christian conversions by destroying Buddhist Monks. United States fought in the Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos not to check southward push of Chinese Communism. United Sates fought the war to eliminate deep Hindu influence in the Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, as these countries had been for many centuries part of South Indian Hindu Empires.

RELIGIOUS WEAPON IN POLAND: Reagan Administration played a central role in overthrowing the Communism in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union. Reagan called the Soviet Union an Evil Empire. The Reagan-era officials like Jeane Kirkpatrick and Elliott Abrams, and President Reagan presented the confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union as one between a totalitarian system and one based on civil liberties. President Reagan and Polish Pope John Paul II teamed together and conspired to combine the resources of the United States and Catholic Church in Poland to bring down the Communist system in Poland. Pope provided the infrastructure of Catholic Church in Poland to support Solidarity Movement. 

 

REAGAN DOCTRINE IN CHINA: The strategy of President Reagan that effectively used the religious infrastructure of Catholic Church and the mass movement of the Solidarity movement to bring down the communist system in Poland, is applicable in present day China. Communist leaders have banned the Falun Gong Buddhist Law religious organization, arrested its leaders, burnt the publications of the Falun Gong, and sealed the offices of the society. Falun Gong reported to have more than 100 million followers and 28,000 centers in China. Chinese communist leaders are more corrupt than Communist leaders in Poland and Romania. India and United States should join forces to bring down the Communist Party rule in China.

 

COUNTER-FORCE & COUNTER-CONTROL DOCTRINE: First variation of the extended nuclear deterrence doctrine was the fear that deterred the aggressor could be a threat to destroy not urban-industrial areas per se but those items the opposing regime valued most. In the case of the Soviet Union, this meant the survival of the regime itself and its ability to preserve and perpetuate its control over the Soviet Empire. United States began to target Russian communications network and industrial centers rather than Russian military targets. It legitimized the concept of urban bombing in the post-Cold War era. United States from time of President Carter’s PD-59 policy document started the process to justify the destruction of the enemy’s civilian communications and non-military heavy industries during war. It can also work effectively against China. What the communist regime in China fears most is the survival of the communist monopoly of political power in China, and the survival of the ruling elite. China will buckle under, if one can threaten the continued rule of the communist party.

 

COMMUNIST FEAR LOSS OF POWER: Chinese communist party leaders have amassed vast fortunes. Chinese politicians have stashed their ill-gotten wealth in foreign lands. United States should identify the hidden cache of Communist leaders and confiscate them. United States should cancel the most-favored- trading-nation (MFN) status of China. India should propagate Buddhist scriptures in China. India, United States, Taiwan and Singapore should join forces to promote a Buddhist alternative to the Communist rule in China.

 

LESSON OF HIGH MOUNTAIN WARFARE: The military lessons of the Afghan War against Soviet Union, suggests that Tibet’s people trained and equipped for high mountain warfare, will defeat Chinese troops. It is easy to disrupt the vehicular traffic in Tibet. It is possible that Tibet will become independent in a near future. Tibet’s Buddhists equipped with mortars will disrupt vehicular movement in Tibet.

 

SECESSION OF ISLAMIC XINJIAN: Xinjian is the Muslim majority province in China. People of Xinjian are demanding independent status. India and Pakistan should join forces to support secession of Xinjian.

 

PROBLEM OF MINORITIES IN CHINA: China is a Han-dominated nation. Chinese minorities account for ten (10) percent of population and occupy sixty (60) percent land mass of China. United States, India and Taiwan should support the secession of minorities from China.

 

GENERAL WAR OF THE MOUNTAIN PEOPLES: Mongol horse-riders from the desert lands of Mongolia and Tibet barbarians have historically invaded Chinese fertile lands. The peasant army of Communist Mao fought the army of Christian Chiang Kaisheik by withdrawing through the Chinese Mountain regions and attacks the southern towns. Similar military situation has arisen in China. Communist Government may ban the practice of Buddhism in cities, but it shall fail to do so in the China’s mountainside, where minorities of China live and who occupy sixty (60) percent of Chinese land mass. The Chinese mountainside has easy access to India and Burma, Pakistan, and Kazakhstan.

 

SMALL FISH EATING BIG FISH: The 1997, merger of Buddhist Hong Kong in Communist China has resulted in a classic scenario of a small fish eating big fish. The capitalist and Buddhist traditions of Hong Kong are very deep rooted and it can effectively compete with Communist leaders of China. Given the choice, the masses of Communist China will voluntarily take arms under the leadership of Hong Kong leaders, to overthrow the Communist regime. Taiwan will also support the Hong Kong rebels. Buddhist overthrow of communist rule in China will pave the way for the peaceful reunification of China and Taiwan.

 

COMMUNIST CHINA IS A PAPER TIGER: The Communist Party is rotten and will fall apart, once the illegal wealth siphoned out of China is identified and published in the media. Chinese people will revolt to hang all corrupt Communist leaders. Communist system based on the political ideology of Marxism would lose its political legitimacy, with the wider dissemination of the news of the corruption.  The corrupt Communist leaders may agree to surrender political power, in exchange for the privilege of keeping their ill-gotten wealth. Rich communist leaders will like to live in a foreign capitalist nation to enjoy the wealth they have secretly hoarded abroad.  The businessman sons of Chinese political leaders will not risk their wealth, to continue supporting the rotten communist leadership.

 

LIN HONGZHI AS PRESIDENT OF CHINA: India, United States, Japan should promote Li Hongzhi as the future President of China. Falun Gong is the only organization that can provide stable government in post-Communist China. President Li Hongzhi will also bring about the peaceful unification of China and Taiwan. Dalai Lama should be elected as the Chairman of China. The Dalai Lama and Li Hongzhi will provide stable government and lead China into twenty-first century.

CHINA REJECTS PAPAL LEADERSHIP: China bans the recognition of the Pope as the Catholic Church’s Supreme earthly authority. China does not permit the Pope’s moral authority over 10 million Catholics in China.

 

CHINA REJECTS POPE’S VISIT: China has turned down efforts by the Vatican to arrange a visit by Pope John Paul II to Hong Kong. China has decided against a visit by Pope. There is a wariness among Chinese leaders about, the Pope’s moral authority over 10 million Catholics in China.

 

SRI LANKA OPPOSED PAPAL VISIT: Sri Lanka had also rejected the offer of Papal visit to Sri Lanka because of Pope’s derogatory comment on Buddha. Pope declared that Buddhism is not a Religion, as Buddha did not believe in the concept of God. Papacy does not accept Buddhism as a religion. What right Pope has to visit a Buddhist country? Pope should not exploit the tolerance and hospitality of Buddhists to destroy and undermine Buddhism itself. The Buddhists of Sri Lanka, Burma and Thailand support the Beijing’s rejection of the visit of Pope.

 

CHINESE PATRIOTIC CHURCHES: China is officially atheist and bans Christian worship outside the ‘Patriotic Churches’ set up under the control of the Communist Party.  China does not allow Papal control over Chinese Catholic Church. China does not accept that the Pope represents the supreme-leader of all the World’s Catholics, including those in China. China does not allow Pope to control the appointment of Catholic priests in China.

 

CATHOLIC CHURCH & ROMANIA: Chinese leaders are wary of the role that the Catholic Church played in the downfall of Communist rule in Poland in 1989. Communist legal experts argue that the Reagan-Papal conspiracy to use the resources of Catholic Church in Poland to bring down Communist Party’s rule in Poland made the Catholic Priests guilty of treason as foreign spy. Under applicable Romanian laws, the Communist Government of Romania, could have executed Romanian Catholic priests and confiscated all Catholic Church properties. Under present Chinese Law, a similar activity by Catholic laity and priests will carry death penalty and confiscation of all Church properties.  

 

GLOBAL RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS THREATENS SECURITY: Overseas allegiance of Christian priests and laity threatens national security in China, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. There is a growing need that India should follow Chinese example and set up Indian Catholic Churches, which appoints priests by means of direct elections. Britain has a Church of England and British Monarch appoints its Archbishop.

 

COMMON BUDDHIST FRONT AGAINST PAPACY: The Buddhists of China, Thailand, Burma, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia support the present policy of Communist China towards Papacy. Communist China does not allow Catholic priests appointed by Pope to hold Mass and conduct religious ceremonies. China does not accept that Pope is the representative of God on earth. China does not accept that Pope has any right to appoint priests and control any Catholic Church property. 

 

NOT A REPRESENTATIVE OF GOD ON EARTH: Muslims do not accept, Pope as the representative of God on Earth. Jews do not accept Pope as the god’s representative on earth. Orthodox Christians rejects Pope’s leadership. The Anglican Church of England rejects the concept of Pope as the Gods representative on earth. Hindus and Buddhists do not accept any spiritual role for Catholic Pope.

 

CURTAIL PAPAL INFLUENCE OVER CHURCH: China does not allow Pope any control over Church property. China does not allow Pope any control over the appointment of Catholic priests. China does not allow any Catholic Church unless it is controlled by the 'Patriotic Churches' set up by the Communist Party. Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Burma, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and even India should adopt similar policies.

 

 BANNING CHRISTIANITY IN CHINA: China Has fiercely crackdown on Falun Gong, the spiritual movement, burnt millions of its scriptures, sealed its temples and meeting places, arrested its preachers and sent them for reeducation. Even then the New York Times on August 6, writes that Chinese crackdown is less severe and looks like more propaganda than action. The mainstream Western media does not severely condemn the Communist crackdown on Falun Gong Buddhist sect.  Suppose Communist China begins the prosecution of Chinese Christian Churches, similar to its prosecution of Buddhist Falun Gong Church. Suppose Chinese confiscate and burn all Christian Bibles, arrests Christian priests and orders them to undergo Communist and re-education deprogramming. Would American media response to China be as mute as it is to Chinese repression of Falun Gong? United States should not support the Communist oppression of Buddhist Falun Gong, and burning of Buddhist scriptures on the one hand. Then On the other hand United States should not vehemently oppose, if Communist china in future ban the Christian Church, order the public burning of Bibles, and imprison Catholic priests for communist re-education Progrom. If Communist China justifies its punishing Falun Gong, then it will also justify in punishing Chinese Christian Church. United States cannot remain a silent spectator to the Communist massacre and suppression of Buddhist Falun Gong believers, then expect sympathy from Hindu and Buddhist nations, when Communists launch a similar crackdown against Catholics and Protestants in China. United States should not remain a silent spectator to the burning of Buddhist-Taoist scriptures by Chinese Government. It will then lose its right to protest when future Communist Government set fire Christian Bibles, books, scriptures, and other materials. United States should oppose the arrests, torture and re-education of Falun Gong Buddhist preachers. India will join hands with United States to present a common front of religions against atheism.

FOREIGN MANCHU RULE OF CHINA: When the twentieth century dawned, China was not actually ruled by the most populous people of China, called the Han, but by Manchu who had conquered the country in the seventeenth century. Han Chinese had to bear a double domination: of foreign imperialism and a non-Han dynasty. The Manchu are eastern barbarians from outside the border. During Ming Dynasty, they frequently made trouble along the borders. Later Manchus took advantage of many troubles in China to take over the country. Manchus destroyed China, seized the Government oppressed the Han people, massacring countless people who would not submit to them. For more than 260 years, Han country was by foreign rulers, the Manchus, who established Ming Dynasty. The foreign rule of Ming Dynasty, in China was similar to the Muslim rule under Mughal dynasty. Manchus undermined Buddhism in China by promoting Confucianism. The Revolution of 1911 overthrew the Qing dynasty, established in 1644. It overthrew Chinese Monarchy, which had lasted for thousands of years.

 

EXPEL THE MANCHU BARBARIANS: The Chinese United League, set up in august 1905 with Sun Yat-sen as president, declared that, ‘it is now 260 years since our Han people’s country was lost. The Manchu Government has reached the ultimate in tyranny. It is time to throw the yoke of that government and bring back out own sovereignty. Those among the Manchus and their armies who repent and surrender will escape punishment. Those who dare to resist will be killed without scruple. Those Han people who have collaborated with the Manchus and betrayed their own Han people will be treated in the same way.’

 

MANCHU SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT: The nineteenth century was a period of rapid decline in China. It saw the ruling Manchu Qing dynasty weakens and the bureaucracy grows more corrupt. The dominant ideology of Manchu Qing dynasty was Confucianism, which was secular, hierarchical, authoritarian, and family-centered. At the tope was the imperial family, at that time drawn from Manchus, the foreigners.  Just below was a rather small number of officials (probably less than 10,000), called Mandarins, who were largely selected and maintained in the office through the complex and stereotyped examination system. These wielded very great power and enjoyed enormous social prestige.

 

TAIPING REBELLION: The Taiping Rebellion was by far the largest rebellion of Qing-dynasty China and among the largest in Chinese history. It wracked China from 1850 to 1866 and came near to overthrowing the Manchu Qing-dynasty. In the end it failed, but in the meantime had caused many millions of deaths. The leader of Taiping was Hong Xiuquan (1814-64). In March 1853, he seized the Jiangsu provincial capital Nanjing, which they made the capital of their Heavenly Kingdom of Great Peace (Taiping Tianguo). In 1856, there was a major power struggle within the Taiping leadership. Taiping believed in traditional Chinese philosophy. From early 1962, onwards the Western powers opposed Taipings, because they threatened Shanghai. The Qing dynasty’s Hunan Army recaptured Anqing in September 1861 and in July 1864, recaptured

Nanjing, and slaughtered 100,000 Taipings.

 

YAKUB BEG’S KASHGARIA: In 1867, Yakub Beg declared himself the ruler of an independent state of Kashgaria, the Muslim area of the China’s far west, inhabited by Turki peoples. Zuo Zongtang re-conqured the Kashgaria in 1877. In November 1884, Kashgaria established as a province of China with the name Xinjiang, meaning ‘new frontier.’

 

HUNDRED DAYS REFORM: Guangxu Emperor (r.1875-1980), on 11 June 1898, issued an edict which began the ‘Hundred Days Reform.’ He ordered the education system to be reformed. He ordered the building of a fleet of warships and standardization of army drill along Western lines. The Empress Dowager Cixi (1835-1908), Guangxu’s aunt, who had seized power in the early 1860s, carried out her own coup on 21 September, 1898, just 102 days after Guangxu’s edict, and placed the Guangxu Emperor under house arrest. 

 

BOXER REBELLION: The Boxer group was led by a group called ‘the Righteous and Harmonius Fists’ (Yihe Quan), because they practiced a kind of boxing for which they claimed magic power. This is the origin of the name Boxers by which history known them. In the last years of the nineteenth century, a rebel group, fired by intense resentment of foreign missionaries and power, began to make itself felt in the Northwest Shandong province, south of Beijing. The Boxers blamed the foreigners for the disasters afflicting China. Yihe Quan (Boxers) blamed the foreigners afflicting China. They raised the slogan ‘Revive the Qing. Destroy the Foreigners.’ Although lacking in leadership, they succeeding in gaining widespread support from peasants, itinerants, artisans, canal boatmen and other poor people. The Boxers sought to fight the ‘pollution’ of the Chinese Christian women, who were believed to erode the strength of Boxer men. The Boxers moved northward and by early 1900 entered the capital Beijing and Tainjin. Yihe Quan (Boxers) harassed even killed Chinese Christians. Boxers harassed those under foreign influence.

 

WEST FEARED BUDDHIST BOXERS: The Christian powers were totally alarmed by the rise of this extraordinary force of Yihe Quan (Boxers) with its ragged, low-society and irrational followers. Early in April 1900, the main Western powers had demanded that Qing should eliminate the Boxers, threatening to call in foreign troops unless Qing had done so within two months. On 17 June 1900, Western powers captured the Dagu Forts outside Tianjin. This was the first and only time in history eight world powers, stood on the same side in battle. The eight major powers were, (1) Britain, (2) Germany, (3) France, (4) Russia, (5) United States, (6) Japan, (7) Italy, (8) Austria-Hungary.

 

FOREIGN INVASION: On 19 June 1900, the Qing Government demanded the withdrawal of all foreign legations, on 20 June 1900 the boxers began their ‘siege of the legations.’ On 21 June 1900, Qing issued an edict declaring war on the Western powers. On 14 July, the allied troops of the Eight Powers seized Tianjin. The Boxers and some Qing troops put up sharp resistance against the foreign forces. The Qing Army and Boxers' Army was disorganized. The main modernized Qing troops stood aside, refusing to take part. It is similar to the Battle of Plassey, when the Vizier stood aside refusing to take part in the battle that gave England the Empire of Bengal. Allied troops entered the capital on 14 August 1900. Allied troops lifted the siege, began savage, and extended plunder. The next day the Empress Dowager fled from Beijing towards Xi’an, taking the emperor with her.

 

CONFUCIAN RELIGION OF MANCHUS: The overthrow of the Qing monarchy dealt Confucianism a fatal blow as a formal ritual or religion. Yuan Shikai performed a sacrificial ceremony to Heaven at the Temple of Heaven in Beijing in December 1914. By 1930s most of the Confucian temples throughout China had been taken over as schools, museums or for other purposes. May fourth Movement was extremely hostile to Confucianism. Nationalist Movement of the 1920s carried on anti-Confucian drive. Religious Confucianism had a strong ceremonial and religious aspects. Confucian religious rituals were very important in Manchu-Qing state affairs. Confucian temples were everywhere in China.

 

CHRISTIAN CONSPIRACY: Chiang Kai-shek and his wife Song Meiling were both Christians. Sun Yat-sen in 1914 married his secretary, Song Qingling (1892-1981), the elder sister of Song Meiling. Family and Inheritance Law of 1931 that allowed young people to choose their own spouses propagated the Christianity. The Manchu Qing court condemned the practice of foot binding on 1 February 1902. China by 1917 had virtually abandoned the foot-binding practice.

 

DEATH OF EMPEROR: The Guangxu Emperor died on 14 November 1908. One day on 15 November 1908, the Empress Dowager died. The successor Emperor Puyi (1906-67) was only four years old. Regent Zaifeng ruled. On 27 August 1908, the court accepts a draft constitution providing for a constitutional monarchy and a Parliament. On 5 February 1909, preliminary local elections begin selecting delegates for provincial assemblies. Regent Zaifeng opened the National assembly that met for the first time on 3 October 1910. From Special interest groups of society, such as gentry, metropolitan degree holders (jinshi) and other scholars, the voters at the 1909 elections were drawn

 

WUCHANG UPRISING-REVOLUTION OF 1911: On 9 October 1911, some revolutionaries accidentally let off a bomb in Hankou, among those who intended to use it against the Qing. The Qing police reacted by arresting many revolutionaries. The two battalions of the New Army had gone over to the revolution, decided to seize the Qing government munitions depot in Wuchang and were able to control the city by 10 October 1911. The Russian Concession of Hankou, with Wuchang and Hanyang actually forms a triple city known as Wuhan. It set the whole of China on fire. By the end of 1911 more of less, the whole country had declared itself in support of the revolution. Then Sun Yat-sen was in Colorado, and he did not get back to China until 25 December. The revolutionaries were much stronger in the south than in the north, where Qing courts was located. On 1 January 1912, the Republic of China (ROC) was formally proclaimed in Nanjing with Sun-Yat-sen as provisional president.

 

PRESIDENT YUAN SHIKAI: General Yuan Shikai (1859-1916) controlled the army in the north. On 12 February 1912, the last Manchu Qing Emperor Puyi abdicated and appointed Yuan Shikai as plenipotentiary to form a republican government. The Sun Yat-sen bowed. The Senate appointed Yuan Shikai as provisional ROC President on 15 February 1912. Western powers gave ‘reorganization loan to Yuan Shikai. Sun Yatsen attempted a ‘Second Revolution’ in mid-1913. Yuan Shikai declared in October 1913, the Nationalist Party seditious.  In November 1913 Sun Yatsen departed for Japan. It was the failed Second Revolution of 1913. Yuan Shikai died in June 1916 of uremia. President Yuan Shikai ruled from 12 February to June 1916.

 

MANIFESTO OF ZHANG XUN-EMPEROR PUYI: After the death of Yuan Shikai the president Li Yuanhong (1864-1928) fought with Premier Duan Qirui (1865-1936), whether to move the war against Germany in support of Japan in 1916 in first World War. President Li Yuanhong dismissed Premier Duan Qirui. The Warlord Zhang Xun, an ally of Duan Qirui marched his army to Beijing, in theory to reinstate Premier Duan Qirui but actually to restore the monarchy.  The Manifesto of Zhang Xun stated that the difference between a monarchy and republic was as great as the distance between heaven and earth and therefore it was his duty to attempt the restoration of the Qing-Monarchy. On 1 July 1917, there was actually a coronation, which restored the former Emperor Puyi to the throne. 

 

RULE OF DUAN QIRUI: Emperor Puyi’s tenure was very short. On 7 July 1917, ex--Premier Duan Qirui’s troops defeated Zhang Xun’s troops just outside Beijing. Duan Qirui again became the premier, when he captured Beijing a few days later. Duan Qirui forced Emperor Puyi from the throne. Three Cliques, Anfu Clique, Zhile Clique, Manchurian Clique, ruled by their respective warlords began to rule China. Premier Duan Qirui ruled Anfu clique. The Zhili Clique was led by Wu Peifu (1872-1939). The Manchurian and Fengtian Clique was led by Zhang Zuolin (1975-1928).  In the Summer of 1920, the First Civil War  took place, the Manchurian Clique joined forces with Zhili Clique and defeated the Anfu Clique led by Premier Duan Qiui. The Government of Duan Qirui lasted from 7 July 1917 to summer of 1920. The Wu Peifu began to rule Beijing. In the Second Civil War in 1922, between Zhili Clique’s Wu Peifu and Manchurian Clique’s Zhang Zuolin, resulted in Zhang Zuolin driven back to Manchuria and Wu Peifu of Zhili Clique retaining control over Beijing. The reign of Wu Peifu of Zhili Clique lasted from summer of 1920 to November 1924. In the Third Civil War the warlord Feng Yuxiang (1882-1948) defeated Wu Peifu, occupied Beijing, and overthrew his government in November 1924. In the Third Civil War Manchurian, Zhang Zuolin joined with Wu Peifu against Feng Yuxiang, who retreated from Beijing and Wu Peifu was restored in Beijing. The rule of Feng Yuxiang lasted from November 1924 until early 1926. The rule of Wu Peifu began again. Zhang Zuolin met his death on 4 June 1928. Zhang Xun and Wu Peifu were staunch believers in Confucian religion. The warlords represented a high point in the development of a pluralistic and diversified power system in modern China and contributed significantly towards modernization of China.

 

CHRISTIAN CHIANG KAI SHEK: In 1927, Christian Warlord Feng Yuxiang threw his weight behind Chiang Kai-shek to reunite China, but against the left Communists and the other warlords. In 1923, after the First Congress, the Nationalist Party established a military academy in Whampoa. Sun Yatsen appointed Chiang Kai-shek the commandant of the academy. He reorganized the Guangzhou army under the name National Revolutionary Army (NRA). It launched Northern Expedition, to overthrow the northern warlords and reunite all China. Christian warlord Feng Yuxiang and Chiang Kai-shek started Northern Expeditions. At the end of 1928, the ruler of Manchuria, Zhang Xueliang, who had taken over on the assassination of his father Zhang Zuolin in the middle of 1928, formally pledged loyalty to Chiang Kai-shek.

 

CHAIGAN KAI SHEK GOVERNMENT: The Nanjing decade (1927-37) is the term applied to the period beginning when Nanjing became the capital of China in 1927. Nanjing decade ended with the outbreak of War of Resistance against Japan, or Second Sino-Japanese War, in 1937.  In January 1929, a National Reorganization and Demobilization Conference was held in Nanjing. The conference agreed to trim the armies to 800,000 from the current strength of 2 million. Chinag’s real aim was to reduce rival armies not his own. The conference exacerbated the Christian warlords Feng Yuxiang and Yan Xishan’s suspicions and their hostility towards him. The fourth Civil War lasted from July to October 1930 caused 250,000 casualties. The Manchurian Clique warlord Zhang Xueliang helped Chiang Kaisheik defeat the Christian warlord Feng Yuxiang and Yan Xishan and Wang Jingwei. The Fifth Civil War started in Fujian in mid-December 1933 lasted one month. Chiang Kai-shek’s hold over the territory of China was tenuous and he faced military and political opposition from many quarters for virtually the whole decade. The reign of Chiang Kai-shek began on March 1929.

 

MANCHURIAN MANCHU EMPEROR PUYI: Japanese invaded Manchuria in 1931, setting up a puppet state in 1932, placed on the throne former Manchu Emperor Puyi.

 

CORRUPT CHIANG KAI SHEK: In the days before 1927, Chiang had also developed very good contacts with the Shanghai financial community, and with Green Gang, a secret society with control over the underworld.

FOREIGNERS RULED HANS & HINDUS: Manchus were the foreigners ruled China from 1644 to 1911, under Manchu Qing dynasty. Manchu Qing rulers promoted Confucian religion to replace traditional Buddhism and Taoism. Manchus recruited examination based bureaucracy of Han Mandarins to rule China. During Mughal Empire, the Muslims ruled Hindu India and recruited a nobility of Hindus to rule India. The Mughal appointments were not hereditary. Northern barbarians, Mongols, Tibetans, and Manchus invaded China and ruled China. Similarly, Muslim barbarians from the mountains invaded India and established Muslim rule. Indian Hindus and Han Chinese have common interest to form an alliance to bring the peoples of the mountains under subjugation. India and China should form an alliance with Iran to bring all the people and lands from Mongolia and Tibet to the Caucasus mountain of Dagestan and Kurdistan, under the joint control of India, China and Iran. The problem of Islamic mercenaries in Afghanistan, Kashmir, Xinxian, Dagestan, and Kurdistan can be resolved by the massive inter-group marriage of the people of the mountains with Hindus and Hans. Russia will support it as will solve the problem of Islamic invasion of Dagestan. India, Russia, and China shall support the Kurds to take the heat away from Kashmir, Dagestan, and Xinxian. India and China should learn the lesson from Russia. Russia solved the problem of the mountain peoples by occupying their lands and imposing Russian language and scripts on their cultures. In the looming civilizational war India, China, and Russia are civilizational allies. Hindus and Hans have a historical necessity to conquer and rule barbarians who in the past ruled over India and China. China and India shall align to conquer and rule the lands of barbarians for next 500 years to compensate for the rule of the barbarians over China and India in the past.  The descendents of the barbarians shall pay for the invasions by their forefathers. China and India have the military capability to conquer and permanently colonize all the civilizations of all the barbarians that in the past invaded China and India. India and China have the manpower to intermarry with the barbarians, permanently changing the race, culture, language, religion, and civilization of the barbarian lands. Hans and Hindus shall join hands permanently changing the civilizations on earth. Civilizations retaliate against the invasions of the barbarians by conquering the homelands of the barbarians and marrying the barbarian women. Civilizations cannot defeat Barbarians just by checking them at the frontiers of the civilizations.

 

Falun Gong & Yihe Quan

FALUN GONG & YIHE QUAN: The Manchu Qing dynasty used Confucian religion as a counter-weight to Buddhism in China during their rule from 1644 to 1911. The Boxers (Yihe Quan) was a Buddhist-Taoist religious movement to support monarchy, even when Qing monarchy did not support Buddhism and Taoism the dominant religion of China. It is no accident that all the eight major powers of the world first and only time in the history, stood on the same side in the battle, to defeat Buddhist Boxers (Yihe Quan). Similarly, Falun Gong the Buddhist Law movement is very similar to Yihe Quan (Buddhist Boxers). Falun Gong seeks to harness the power of Buddhism and Taoism to rejuvenate China, to meet the challenge of Westernization and Christianity. Vatican is simply scared because Falun Gong has more than 100 million followers. NATO bombed the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade. Next day President Jiang Zemin wrote a memo recommending outlawing the Falun Gong. Mr. Jiang opened the campaign against Falun Gong, 10 days after the Taiwan crisis erupted. Mr. Jiang appears to have detected in Falun Gong a genuine threat to the Communist Party’s role as the undisputed power in China. Communist Party’s Regime is as rotten now as was the Manchu-Qing in 1900.  The success of Reagan-Pope doctrine that mobilized the mass support of the religion to overthrow the atheist Communist regime in Poland can be effective in China. India, Taiwan, Singapore, overseas Chinese communities should join hands in overthrowing the atheist communist regime in China. Overseas Chinese communities and Taiwan can easily finance the revival of Buddhism in China. India shall not oppose the continued Communist rule in china, provided Buddhist, Taoist, and Confucian Religions allowed full freedom. India will supply full support to build new Buddhist, Taoist, and Confucian temples.

 

CHRISTIANS LACK MASS SUPPORT IN CHINA: Christians never had any mass support in China. Sun Yatsen was a political non-entity. Sun Yatsen never ruled Beijing. Chiang Kai-shek promoted Sun Yatsen as important personality in Chinese history, because they were brothers-in-law. Chiang Kai-shek was not an elected leader, and he did not rule Beijing. Chiang Kai-shek became the dominant warlord only after March 1929, and in 1931 Japanese invaded Manchuria and in 1932 placed on throne in Beijing the Manchu Emperor Puyi. Christians hijacked the political power in China by hiding their religious beliefs under Chinese names. There is no possibility that a Christian will ever become the President of China. Chiang Kai-shek through CC Clique and Whampoa Clique filled Christians in relevant positions in particular in the party and governmental apparatus, educational agencies, youth organizations, trade unions, secret services and military organizations. These Christians switched allegiance to the Maoist communists when Chiang lost and left for Taiwan. Chiang Kai-shek’s regime was a highly corrupt, oppressive, theocratic military-authoritarian regime.Christian Chiang Kai-shek and Communist Mao had common enemies, namely, the religions of Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. Christian bureaucrats helped Communist Mao Tse Tung murder more than 60 million Buddhists, Taoists, and Confucians during 1950s and early 1960s, by executions, starvation, malnutrition, forced relocation, and forced labor.   

 

PERSECUTION OF BUDDHISTS: The Buddhist freedom fighters are not prominently mentioned in the history books of China while describing the nationalist movement in China in 1900-1949. Christian and Communist leaders are given prominence, even when neither Communists nor Christians enjoyed mass-base mass-support.  Communist Party lacks the popular mass support in China in 1999, it had also lacked popular mass support in 1930, in 1940, and in 1950. The very idea that Chinese Communist Party enjoys mass support in China is erroneous.  Communist Party never had and they never shall have in future, in China.  Chinese Communists prove their revolutionary potential by highlighting military victory over the Nationalist forces, which never commanded any significant power in China. Chinese Communist Party claimed revolutionary mass support in China, by defeating a rotten, corrupt, Christian regime that lacked popular support. Can a creature praise himself as the valiant Lion simply by killing a lame dog? Falun Gong Buddhist Law religious sect may be underestimating their power in China. Perhaps Falun Gong should follow the example of Taiping Tianguo.

 

NEW SOUTHERN WARLORDS: China is heading towards a new civil war. Hong Kong had given birth to vibrant capitalist middle classes in the southern China. Southern Chinese leaders historically mistrust the Mandarins of Beijing.  The Taiping Rebellion (Taiping Tianguo) based at Nanjing in Jiangsu province and Anqing in Anhui province. It controlled southern china from 1850 to 1866 and came near to overthrowing the dynasty. Nanjing became the capital of China in 1927; the Nationalist government of Chiang Kai-sheik was based in Nanjing. The Communist Party’s assault began from Ruijin in Jiangxi province just north of Hong Kong. Sun Yat-sen established the ROC Military government in Guangzhou on 10 September 1917. Guangzhou is in the Guangdong province, adjoining Hong Kong and Macao. Suppression of Falun Gong will lead to a new civil war between southern China and northern China. Chinese Army PLA has thousands of foreign joint ventures, which makes them self-financed military-industrial enterprises. It will give rise to the New Warlords, in case of new Civil war in China.

 

Communist Party is Paper Dragon

COMMUNIST PARTY IS A PAPER DRAGON: Prosecution of Falun Gong will alienate the support of Han Buddhists, and Han Taoists. Buddhist monks should align with Confucian monks to develop common religious fronts of Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. India and United States should supply 200,000 AK-45 Assault Guns to Buddhists and Taoists in Southern China. Drug Cartels dominates the southern china in Guangxi and Guizhou provinces. India and Vietnam should open its borders to provide sanctuary to Chinese freedom fighters. Canton and Hong Kong can finance the Buddhist rebellion in southern China. Chinese Communist leaders are corrupt and would compromise with Buddhists. India should plan a total victory over China by engineering a Buddhist takeover of China.

 

500 MILLION HINDUS IN CHINA BY AD 2010: India should preach Hinduism in China. Chinese will be more receptive to Hinduism now. Assimilate Confucian Gods, Tao Gods and Buddhist Gods in Hinduism. Hinduism being a polytheistic religion allows the worship of a pantheon of gods. The Confucian, Buddhist and Taoist gods should become part of Hindu pantheon of gods. Mahayana Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, Shintoism becomes sects of Hinduism.  Hinduism provides a protective shield to Buddhism against Catholic assaults that Buddhism is not a religion, as it does not believe in God.

 

KWANYIN-CANNON GODDESS OF MERCY: Chinese Goddess Kwanyin, known in Japan as Cannon is very similar to Hindu goddess Durga. The Almighty in Taoism is female, and similar to Hindu Maha Kali. Buddha is Ninth Avatara of Maha Vishnu. Mahayana Buddhism and Hinduism are merging to form a common body of scriptures and deities. Roman gods were similar to Greek gods but with different names. Similarly, Chinese religion is Hinduism, and Chinese gods are similar to Hindu gods with a different name. Hindu temples should install Chinese Gods.

NEUTRON BOMBS IN FUTURE WAR: Neutron Bombs are anti-personnel bombs, and instruments of depopulation warfare. Civilizational Wars will be total wars and tactical nuclear weapons will be used in future civilizational wars. Neutron bombs will be used in future civilizational wars to depopulate continents and industrialized states without destroying the economic infrasturcture.

 

NEW APOCALYPTIC AGE: Every historical cycle known to man is entering a new phase or about to come to a shuddering halt. Maya calendar extending millions of years into the past comes to a sudden end on 22 December 2012. We are in the dying days of Hindu's Kali Yuga, a period of 6,480 years, the last and most degenerate stage of a recurring cycle in which mankind descends into darkness. It is likely that Satya Yuga the age that will witness the victory of the forces of Religion and the total defeat of the forces of Irreligion and forces of devil will begin the 21^st Century. The end of the current Age of Pisces and the beginning of the Age of Aquarius, the 2,100-year period, will begin in the twenty-first century. It is likely that Kali Yuga of Hindus will also end on 22 December 2012.

 

AGE OF AQUARIUS, & PRECESSION OF EQUINOXES: The axis of the earth's rotation wobbles very slowly in a clockwise manner. It takes just under 26,000 years to complete a full rotation. During this time sun, observed when it rises every year at the vernal equinox, will appear to move through the twelve signs of the Zodiac, each sign lasting approximately 2,100 years. The transition from the Age of Pisces to that of Aquarius is an epochal worldwide transition. The sign of the early Christians was fish - the sign of Pisces. The Age of Aquarius could result in the Aquarius millenium of longevity, if not immortality.

 

GLOBAL CIVILIZATIONAL WAR: It is likely that the first decade in the next Millenium before 2012 AD, will witness a global civilizational war, and Catholic, Protestant and Sunni civilizations will jointly fight against the coalition of Orthodox, Hindu, Buddhist civilizations.

 

 

17 (i) Linguistic Warfare:

SPEAKERS OF MAJOR LANGUAGES: The net result of the Civilizational War will be to check the growth of English and Arabic languages and to promote Hindi and Mandarin in the world. Hindu and Buddhist civilizations would promote a new common lingua franca in the world, to undermine the domination of English and Arabic. Hindi would soon overtake English in number of speakers. The speakers of major languages as percentages of world population estimated in 1992 as follows: Hindi (6.4%), Bengali (3.2%), Arabic (3.5%), English (7.6%), Spanish (6.1%), Russian (4.9%), and Mandarin (15.2%). (World Almanac and Book of Facts for 1993.) The English speakers in world dropped from 9.8% (in 1958) to 7.6% (in 1992). Pro-Vatican lobbyists had scuttled the plans to replace the use of English in the government by Hindi in 1964. Pro-Vatican lobbyists incited language riots in South India. All Indian languages have similar alphabet based on Sanskrit. Even 15 percent of Mandarin words are of Sanskrit origin. Burma, Thailand, Tibet, Laos, and Cambodia use scripts derived from Indian languages. Bhasa Indonesia has borrowed over 20 percent of its vocabulary from Hindi, Sanskrit, and Tamil. The Buddhist world has incorporate innumerable Sanskrit and Pali words in their national languages. The world’s lingua franca or in linguistic terms, the world’s principal Language of Wider Communication (LWC), will evolve out of the merger of Sanskrit, Hindi, Bengali, Pali, Tamil, Bhasa Indonesia, Urdu and Swahili. The common script of the world’s lingua franca would evolve out of the scripts of Hindi, Bengali, and Thai languages. These all have same alphabets. The grammar of the lingua franca would be simplified Sanskrit or Hindi.

 

WORLD COUNCIL OF COMMON VOCABULARY: A world assembly of linguists convened to recommend the common most widely used 10,000 worlds that could be adopted by all Asian countries. The world council should select a common script transcribable by computers. A common grammar written in computer languages will expedite automatic computerized translations.

 

WAR OF SCRIPTS LANGUAGES & VOCABULARY: The expansion of European Colonialism and Christianity reinforced by the eradication of indigenous languages. Native Americans are even today; whipped by teachers in missionary schools if they ever utter any word of tribal Indian languages. Christian missionary teachers used to spray soap water into the mouth of any native Indian student, for using his native mother tongue. Why Kurd students whipped in schools, for speaking Kurdish language in Turkey? Why Kurdish language banned in Turkey? Dutch colonizers forced Indonesians to switch from Indian scripts to Latin script for Bhasa Indonesia. French colonizers forced Vietnam to use the Latin script. Arab invaders imposed Arabic language in the Islamic world. Arab forced Iran to adopt a modified version of Arabic script, now known as the Persian script. Urdu uses Persian script. Hindi and Urdu is the same language with two different scripts. Pakistan has purged Urdu of Sanskrit worlds and borrowed extensively Persian and Arabic words. The end of the Cold War promoted the proliferation and rejuvenation of languages long suppressed or forgotten. Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Georgian, and Armenian are now the national languages of the independent states. Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan have shifted from the Cyrillic script to the Western script of Turci. The Persian speaking Tajikistan has adopted the Arabic script. The Serbs have shifted from the Western script to the Cyrillic script. Croats are attempting to purge Croatian language of Turkish and Arabic words, while the same foreign words have come back into vogue in Bosnia. “Language is realigned and reconstructed to accord with the identities and contours of civilizations. As power diffuse Babelization spreads. (The Clash. p  ).” Buddhist nations of Asia should develop a common script, a common vocabulary, and a common grammar to give birth to world’s lingua franca.

TERRITORIAL CONTROL OF CIVILIZATIONS: The redistribution of the continents among world’s civilizations shall cause of the civilizational wars. Chinese invasions of Australia will challenge the disproportionate hold of White nations over the land resources of the world. Hindu and Buddhist and Islamic civilizations will support Chinese invasions of Australia. In 1490, Western societies controlled most of the European peninsula outside the Balkans or perhaps 1.5 million square miles. At the peak of its territorial expansion in 1920, the West directly ruled about 25.5 million square miles or close to half the lands of the earth. The Western Civilization’s territorial control was about 12.7 million square miles by 1993. The territory under the political control of civilizations in million of square miles (M), and percentage (%) of total world territory of 52.5 million square miles in 1993 is as follows. The Western Civilization had landmass of 12.7 million sq. miles (24.2% of total world), Latin American 7.8M (14.9%), Orthodox 7.1M (13.7%), Islamic 11.1M (21.1%), African 5.7M (10.8%), Sinic 3.9M (7.5%) and Hindu had 1.3 million square miles (2.4% of world area). SHARE OF WORLD POPULATION UNDER CIVILIZATIONS: The population of the world estimated at 5.8 billion in 1995. In 1995, the shares of world population under the political control of civilizations in percentages are as follows: Western (13.1%), Latin American (9.3%), Orthodox (6.1%), Islamic (15.9%), Sinic (24.0%), African (9.5%), and Hindu (16.4%). CHRISTIAN AND ISLAMIC THREAT TO TRIBAL AFRICANS: During the 1970s, ‘80s and ‘90s both Islam and Christianity significantly expanded their numbers in Africa, and a major shift toward Christianity occurred in South Korea. The proportion of world population adhering to Tribal religion fell from 1900 (6.6%), 1970 (2.4%), 1980 (2.1%) and 2000 (est. 1.6%). (The Clash. p.63)

 

RELIGION’S PROPORTION OF WORLD POPULATION: There has been significant increases in the proportions of the world population adhering to the two major proselytizing religions, Islam and Christianity over eighty years. It has cemented the political alliances between these two proselytizing religious civilizations. Catholics and Protestants are estimated of the world population in 1900 (26.9%), 1970 (30.6%), 1980 (29.7%) and 2000 (29.9%). Muslims increased more dramatically from 12.4% (in 1900), 15.3% (in 1970), 16.5% (in 1980), 17.1% (in 1985), and 19.2% (estimated in 2000). Some estimate Muslim population to be 18% of the world population in 1980. During 1900, Chinese folk and Buddhists were 31.3%, Hindus 12.5%, Muslims 12.4%, Tribal 6.6%, Catholic & Protestants 26.9% and Orthodox 7.5% of the world population. The estimated percentages in 2000 are Hindus 13.7%, Muslims 19.2%, and in 1980 are Hindus 13.3% and Muslims 16.4%. Hinduism and Buddhism are in competition in Asia and Africa and command equal weight, as Hindus are all concentrated in one state. Hinduism should also become a proselytizing religion.

 

HINDU MISSIONARIES SHOULD FOCUS ON CHINA AND JAPAN: Hindu missionaries should focus on Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Buddhists for promoting Hinduism and Buddhism. Buddhists accounted for 7.8% (in 1900), 6.4% (1970), 6.3% (1980), 6.2% (1985) and 5.7% (2000). The Hinayana Buddhism in Thailand, Sri Lanka, Burma, Bhutan, Laos, and Cambodia is very stable. The Chinese folk religion comprising Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism declined from 23.5% (in 1900), to 5.9% (1970), to 4.5% (1980), to 3.9% (1985) and 2.5% (in 2000). Non-Religious were estimated 0.2% (in 1900), 15.0% (1970), 16.4% (in 1980), 16.9% (1985) and 17.1% (2000). Atheists were estimated at 0% (in 1900), 4.6% (1970), 4.5% (1980), 4.4% (1985) and 4.2% (in 2000). These and other data suggest that the relative numerical strength of religions around the world has not changed dramatically in this century. (Source: David B. The largest change recorded by the above source was the increase in the proportion of people classified as non-religious and atheist from 0.2 % in 1900 to 20.9% in 1980. In 1980, the religious resurgence was just gathering stream. However, this 20.7% increase in non-believers is closely matched by 19.0 decrease in those classified as adherents of “Chinese-folk-religions” from 23.5% in 1900 to 4.5% in 1980. These virtually equal increases and decreases suggest that with the advent of communism, the bulk of Chines population simply reclassified from folk-religionist to nonbelievers. (The Clash. p.63). India should focus on Mahayana Buddhism in China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Hindu India should convert 21.3 percent of the world population including 17.1% so called nonbelievers and 4.2% Atheists the estimates for 2000. Out of the 21.3 percent global population classified as nonbelievers and atheists, Hindu missionaries could easily convert 5 percent into Hinduism, 10 percent into Mahayana Buddhism, and 6.3% into Taoism and Confucianism. The Christians accounted for 1 percent of Chinese population in 1900 and currently account for 1 to 3%. The estimates of the proportion of world population adhering to major religions was estimated in 1900 as Hindus (12.5%), Buddhists (7.8%), and Chinese folk-religion (23.5%) total of 43.8%. The higher reproductive rates in India and China compensated for the lack of proselytizing by Hindus and Buddhists.

(a) Economic Infrastructure War

INFRASTRUCTURE WARFARE: The NATO bombings of civilian targets in Serbia legitimizes the concept of Infrastructure Warfare, by practice of international law. NATO Air Force repeatedly targeted non-military, civilian targets, including bridges, power plants, hospitals, refineries, utilities, television broadcasting stations, factories, and residential buildings. NATO could not inflict serious damage to Serb military. NATO attacks caused serious damages to civilian infrastructure and economy as a whole. Conventional Laws of War bans the destruction of civilian, non-military, hospitals, bridges, and factories. The practice of Laws of War would undergo fundamental change after the NATO’s Kosovo bombardment. Recently Israel bombed the power plants and bridges in Beirut in retaliation for Palestinian attacks. The Vietnam War legitimized the Guerrilla warfare. The guerrilla army avoids the enemy, and infiltrates and outflanks the enemy. In guerrilla wars, the civilian infrastructure is not a target, except to create a social unrest. The rag tag army of guerrillas attacks the enemy’s regular army in surprise attacks. In Infrastructure warfare the invaders targets only civilian targets to cause damage to industrial infrastructure, utilities, hospitals, bridges, power plants, TV and Radio stations to cause serious damage to the economy.  

 

(b) Global Manufacturing War:

INDIA AS MANUFACTURING POWER: Hindu India needs to fight the Civilizational war to regain for India the economic share it enjoyed before the invasions by England. Muslim rule had not impoverished India. British rule impoverished India. Robert Clive ordered the severance of the right thumb of all master weavers in Bengal, to destroy the textile exports from Bengal, famous for the Bengal Muslin. The Civilizational Wars will be fought to reclaim the Hindu and Buddhist civilizations share of the world manufacturing output that was disturbed after 1750. Indian share of the world manufacturing output was 24.5% (in 1750), 19.7% (1800), 17.6% (1830), 8.6% (1860), 2.8% (1880), 1.7% (1900), 1.4% (1913), 1.9% (1928), 1.7% (1953), 1.8% (1963), 2.1% (1973) and 3.3% (in 1980). CHINA AS A MANUFACTURING GIANT: China and India together produced 57.3% (in 1750), 53% (1800) and 47.4% (1830) of the world manufacturing output. Both India and China de-industrialized during foreign rule. The industrialization of the West led to the de-industrialization of the rest of the world. In 1913 the manufacturing output of non-Western countries was roughly two-thirds what it had been in 1800. Beginning in the mid-nineteenth century the Western share rose dramatically, peaking in 1928 at 84.2 percent of the world manufacturing output. Thereafter the West’s share declined. By 1980 the West accounted for 57.8 percent of global manufacturing output, roughly the share it had 120 years earlier in the 1860’s. In 1950, the West accounted for roughly 64 percent of the gross world product; by the 1980s, this proportion had dropped to 49 percent. By 2013, the West will account for only 30% of the world product. The West’s share of most, of the important power resources peaked early in the twentieth century and then began to decline relative to other civilizations. (The Clash. p  )

 

Civilization’s Share of Global Military Capability

THREAT OF ISLAMIC MILITARY MANPOWER: Hindu India should order the general mobilization of the masses in India to train a large reservoir of trained military soldiers that may be recruited during war times. The hike in crude oil prices in 1971 and the OPEC monopoly enhanced the military capability of Muslim nations. Muslim world currently has one-fifth or twenty (20) percent of the world military power, equal to that of the Western world. Hindu world has only 4.8 percent of the world military manpower. The growing number of Muslim terrorists and Afghan Mujahideens would represent a very sizeable increase in the trained Muslim military manpower. The world total active duty armed force is 10 million in 1900, 8.7 million in 1920 and 23 million in 1970, and 25.8 million in 1991. Hindu India’s share fell from 6.6% in 1970 to 4.8% in 1991. Islamic nations share rose from 16.7% (100), 3.6% (1920), 10.4% (1970), to 20% (1991). China’s share increased from 10% (1900), 17.4% (1920), 24.7% in 1970 to 25.7 in 1991. Japan’s share increased from 0.3% in (1970) to 1% (1991). The West’s share declined from 43.7% (1900), 48.5% (1920), 26.8% (in 1970) to 21.1% (in 1991). Latin American share fell from 9.4% (1900), 10.2% (1920), 4.0% (1970) and 6.3% (1991). (The Clash. p ). India should increase the number of its armed forces to match that of China.

DRUG TRADE USHERS IN GLOBAL DARK AGE: “The rise of transnational corporations economic goods is increasingly matched by the rise of transnational criminal Mafia, drug cartels and terrorist gangs, violently assaulting civilizations. On a worldwide basis, civilization in many respects appears to be yielding to barbarism, generating the image of an unprecedented phenomenon, a global Dark Ages, possibly descending on humanity. (The Clash. p.321).” The Drug barons are buying political influence by sizeable donations to political campaigns and religious institutions. Drug barons have acquired political legitimacy, moral standing and military muscle. United States legitimizes the political role of drug pushing terrorist organizations and political leader acquiescence for use of drug income by secret services to finance the covert operations. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif of Pakistan is on record to have allowed the secret services ISI, to use the incomes from the drug trade to finance covert operations. The CIA also permits drug shipments to the United States to finance overt operations. United States perhaps ostracizes India, perhaps because India does not deal in drugs, unlike Pakistan, China, and Mexico who is very friendly to the United States.   

 

DRUG BARON BUY POLITICAL AND RELIGIOUS INFLUENCE: The bulging coffers of the global drug cartels directly results in growing international influence of the drug producing nations. Drug barons buy political influence and power in the United States and Europe. The Catholic domination of the global drug trade influences the Western supports to terrorists, and totalitarian regimes. Catholic domination of the drug trade has thwarted democratic alternative to the repressive military regimes in Burma and Laos. The United States supported Afghan Mujahideens, and the policy change came about by the political influence bought by drug incomes.

 

Catholic Monopolise Drug Trade

CATHOLICS DOMINATES DRUG TRADE: According to Financial Times report, the estimated annual income of the Organized Crime and Drug Cartels is One Trillion dollars. The half 50 percent, around 500 billion dollar generates in the United States. The sixty (60) percent of the total income generates in the Drug trade. The global drug cartels earn around 600 billion dollars, out of which the United States earn $300 billion dollars annually. The Catholic gangs control 90 percent of the global drug trade. Muslims control the rest 10 percent of drug trade. Chinese gangs control around 20 percent of the global drug trade. The United States policy towards Burma, Laos, Cambodia, Colombia and even towards Mexico is influenced the by the capital generated by the Drug trade. Drug trade generates 300 million dollars in the United States economy, which is more than the net capital inflow into the US Mutual Funds.

MUSLIM CONQUESTS OF NORTHERN AFRICA: Western Roman Empire after the death of Cleopatra banned the religion of ancient Egypt. Romans banned the public singing of the Egyptian religious songs. The whole Europe and North Africa worshipped Goddess and sun God Mithra. The Muslim conquest of Egypt and North Africa helped the Christian cause in Western Europe. The Western Roman Empire hated the opulence of the Egypt and the East. Greek Emperor conquered Persian Empire, Egypt, and reached the frontiers of India, only to make Alexandria at the mouths of the Nile, the imperial Capital. Julius Caesar conquered Egypt only to shift the seat of power to the Alexandria. Barbarian German tribes conquered the Western Roman Empire in the fourth Century. Only when Muslims destroyed the Egyptian Civilization the Christianity could grow in Europe. Catholics have rejuvenated the historic alliance of the Western Christianity and Sunni Muslims that first used the military power of the Arab Muslim horsemen to destroy the agricultural civilizations of Goddess worshippers in the Arabian Peninsula and Northern Africa. Western Christianity again used the military power of Ottoman Muslims equipped with cannons to destroy Eastern Christianity in the Asia Minor and to destroy the mountain strongholds of Kurds. The West has reactivated the traditional alliance with Turci tribes of Central Asia to check Russian influences. The West had used its alliance with Muslims in Bosnia to carve out Catholic states of Croatia and Slovenia out of Yugoslavia. The West has used its alliance with Muslims in Bosnia, Albania, and Kosovo to force in servitude Orthodox Serbs into servitude. The West is rewarding Turkey by condoning the genocide of Kurds.    

 

VATICAN’S ALLIANCE WITH OTTOMAN TURKS: Kurds were in control of the Holy sites during the Crusades and they defeated the Crusades. Vatican supported Ottoman attacks on Byzantine Empire and Kurds. The present Vatican’s policy to support Turkey against Kurds is the continuation of the traditional alliance. Kurds were the original inhabitants of the land, so were the Eastern Church in Byzantine /Constantinople. The Vatican aligned with Muslim Ottoman Turks that originated in Central Asia to destroy Eastern Church and to defeat Aryan Kurds to weaken their holds in the Arabian Peninsula. The defeat of Kurds allowed the rise of Semite Arabs in the Arabian Peninsula. The Vatican’s alliance with Muslim Ottomans, removed Orthodox base in Asia Minor and Kurds hold over Arabian Peninsula. It explains that the Catholics, Protestants, Jews, and Muslim Arabs keep Aryan Kurds under subjugation. In the Clash of Civilizations Aryan India, Aryan Pakistan and Aryan Iran shall join forces with Orthodox Greece, Serbia, and Russia to carve out an Aryan Kurdistan out of Turkey, Syria, Iraq, and Iran.     

 

SUNNI-CATHOLIC ROLE IN SLAVE TRADE: The present Catholic and Sunni alliance that caused the Bosnia and Kosovo Wars was field tested in the African slave trade. Arab slave traders would attack the African tribes and transport them to the coast for sale to Catholic slave traders. Africans became Muslims and Christians to avoid slavery. The Muslim and Christian slave traders forced animist tribal Africans into slavery. The Africans believing in traditional tribal religions hate the imposition of the religions of the slave traders. Earlier Africans had no choice, either they became Muslims or were forced into slavery by Arab Slave traders. Muslim African tribes became prosperous by joining the armed gangs of the Arab Slave traders to capture animist Africans as slaves. Arab Muslims periodically attack native African tribes, burn their villages, kill all men, and capture the young women. These captured black women become slaves to Sudanese Arabs in the North. Before the rise of Islam, the predominant majority of the people in the North African Mediterranean coastlands, were brown and black people, and they were not Arabs. To promote Islam Semite Arabs massacred the black and brown races that owned the lands in North Africa, from Egypt to Morocco and imposed the rule of fair skin Semite Arabs.     

 

SUNNI-CATHOLIC ATTACKS ON ANIMIST AFRICAN TRIBES: Even as recently as mid 1990s the Sudanese Arab Muslims attacked the tribal African villages, kill the African men and kidnap the African women. Catholic Tutsi Tribe systematically murders animist Hutu tribes. Though over half of Africans believe in traditional tribal animist religions, even then no animist African is the President and Prime minister or king of any African nation. Whenever animist African leaders acquire political and military power in large African nation, then the civilization war shall start in Africa. Animist leaders will force black Africans to reject the religions imposed by slave traders. Under animist African leadership, Black Africa will reconvert into the traditional African and ancient Egyptian religion. The policy of de-Islamization and de-Christianization of Africa enforced by animist tribal African leaders will spark civilization wars in Africa. Hindu India will support tribal African leaders in their all out wars against Islam and Christianity. 

 

CATHOLIC PRIEST IMPOSED ON HAITI AS PRESIDENT: United States invaded Haiti to impose a Catholic priest as the President of Haiti, even though the majority of Haiti people follow Voodoo religion. Haiti people speak distinct Creole language, not Spanish and have cultural ties are with France. Haiti has different ethnic roots, a different culture. United States invaded as a part of a Catholic conspiracy to destroy Voodoo religion and Creole language, and to impose Catholic Church on Haiti. The Haiti war was a war of religions.

 

NAPOLEON’S INVASIONS ON RUSSIA: The Holy Roman Empire comprised principally of German and French lands. It was foolish for Napoleon to sell French areas to the United States for a small sum of $45 million. Papacy played an important role in Napoleon’s decision to invade Russia.

 

GERMAN INVASIONS OF RUSSIA: Vatican influenced the decision of William Kaiser and Adolph Hitler to invade Russia, as it would eliminate Orthodoxy. Vatican condoned the anti-Semitic policies of Hitler. Recently Holy Pope beautified the Croatian war time religious leader who had massacred the Zews as an ally of Hitler. Fascism is an ideal doctrine suited to the ideals of Holy Roman Empire. How could Mussolini join the Second World War without the direct involvement of the Holy Pope? German invasions of Russia in the First and Second World War were Vatican’s war on Orthodox Russia. 

 

VIETNAM WAR: The United States did not fight Vietnam War to promote any secular national interests. The United States fought the Vietnam War to promote the Vatican’s Christian interests. Otherwise, the United States would have tapped Buddhist support to oppose atheist Communists. United States supported Christian President Diem’s policy to arrest and torture Buddhist monks and nuns. United States supported Khmer Rogue in Cambodia. United States expanded the war by bombing Laos and Cambodia not to win Vietnam War, but to destroy the Hindu and Buddhist fabric of these two non-aligned nations. The Christian Khmer rogue massacred Buddhist Monks and nuns with the blessing of the Vatican. Catholic Pol Pot is safe under Christian protection in Stockholm, even after he had butchered more than 200,000 Cambodian Buddhists.

 

MUSLIM IDI AMIN’S CHRISTIAN TUTSI ARMY: Sunni Muslim Idi Amin hired Catholic Tutsi tribesmen into Uganda Army to massacre one fifth of the population of Uganda. Muslim President hired Catholic Army to massacre animist tribal Ugandans. Britain and the Christian West conspired with Muslim Idi Amin to expel Indians from Uganda. Indians have traditionally controlled the economy of Uganda.

 

TUTSI HUTU CONFLICT IN RWANDA & BURUNDI: Tall Tutsi tribesmen have converted to Christianity and short Hutu people are short and predominantly follow traditional African religion. Traditionally Christian Tutsi enslaved Hutu people. During late 1990’s, Christian Tutsi rebels with Western support overthrew the governments in Rwanda and Burundi. Rwanda and Burundi are heavily over-populated and have scarce resources. The Tutsi and Hutu conflict has trained them into a large army of trained mercenaries. United States is supporting Christian Tutsi and helping their drive to massacre Hutu people.

 

CHRISTIAN TUTSI ON RAMPAGE IN CONGO: Christian Tutsi led governments of Rwanda, Burundi and Uganda intervened in Congo and installed Christian Laurent Kabila as the President of Congo. Then the rebels turned against Laurent Kabila. The Rebels in Congo, who are the surrogates for the Tutsi-led Governments of Rwanda and Uganda, have captured one third of Congo. In this region Tutsi are free to hunt and kill the Hutu militias that raid Rwanda, Uganda and Burundi. Congo the former Zaire is now two countries with two governments. Congo has for decades really been four countries. Western Congo runs from the Atlantic coast to Kisangani and is controlled by the national capital Kinshasa, with its goods moving by barges on the Congo River. The Eastern Congo, with Goma its chief city, sees its goods mover overland through Rwanda, Uganda, and Kenya. The Southern Congo, with most of the mineral riches and Lubumbashi as its main city sees goods move south by rail and road through Zambia. The Middle Congo is the jungle, and its roads are in a terrible shape that makes the jungle region inaccessible. The Tutsi rebels have easily conquered the Eastern Congo, the eastern third, and now advancing in Southern Congo, towards diamond capital Mbuji Mayi. Christian conspiracy is to help Christian Tutsi mercenaries colonize Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, and Uganda to create a Christian Tutsi Empire in Africa. Robert Mughabe supports Congo president Laurent Kabila. Angola’s Unita rebels have ties with Uganda and maintains bases in Congo. The Catholic powers are conspiring to impose on Congo a cease-fire, with all troops freezing in place. Catholic nations propose integrating Christian Tutsi mercenaries into the national army of Congo. The seek to start a dialogue overseen by outside powers about the future Congo government, inviting in an international peacekeeping force that would be charged with disarming and arresting the Hutu militias.
