(1) Threat of Islamic Nuclear Apocalypse

Thesis: “The world is better off if tyrants know that they pursue WMDs at their own peril,” (NSS). Iran is the country likely to present the single greatest future challenge to the United States and India.

One. The oil interests of Britain and the United States caused the Partitions of India in 1947 and 1935. The nuclear threats of Islamic Atom Bomb would result in the Reunification of South Asia, as India-Pakistan Union, the union of two nuclear weapon powers alone provides the permanent resolution of Islamic nuclear threats. Only when Pakistan rejoins Greater Indian Union can world be safe from the threat of Pakistani nukes and nuclear technology or nuclear scientists falling in to the hands of fundamentalist terrorist Islamic nations.

Two. No Islamic nation can be trusted with nuclear weapons neither Iran nor Saudi Arabia nor Libya nor Malaysia nor Pakistan could be responsible nuclear weapon power. India and the United States must make concerted efforts to prevent Pakistan’s nuclear scientists engage in clandestine transfer of nuclear secrets to Iran, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.

Three. India must not ever forget that President Pervez Musharraf brazenly threatened to use nuclear weapons in an open UN General Assembly if conventional war started across frontiers. Israel must not forget that Iran threatened to wipe Israel out of map.

Four. The Islamic Nukes is a sure recipe for Apocalypse and Christian-Islamic Armageddon Wars. President Bush must undertake preemptive attacks on Iran and enforce a regime change in Iran and permanently deny nuclear technology to Iran, even if it required colonial occupation of Iran for decades to come.

Five. President Bush must also undertake counter-proliferation measures against Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya to guarantee that no oil-producing nation would ever get hold of nuclear weapons now or ever in future. Colonization of all nuke-seeking Islamic nations is a lesser evil than the brutalizing of women in the Islamic world. India supports the colonial occupation and demilitarization of Iran.

Six. Throughout 18th, 19th and first half of the 20th Century Persian Gulf or Arabian Gulf had been an Indian Lake. India historically exercised gun-boat diplomacy in Iran, and it is high time that United States undertook preventive measures to keep nukes out of the hands of mad Mullahs. Seven. India must impress upon Pakistan not to transfer nuclear secrets to Iran. It is better to destroy and annihilate Iran, than to allow Iran to destroy the world Civilization. It is high time for President Bush and Secretary Condoleezza Rice to take off their gloves. India supports American invasions of Iran and other nuclear nuke-seeking Islamic nations.

Eight. United States should help India develop credible nuclear deterrent against China, as China has stolen American nuclear warhead designs. China has acquired nuclear weapon technology parity with the United States. China has obtained classified information on the following Seven U.S. thermonuclear warheads, as well as a number of associated reentry vehicles, the hardened shell that protects the thermonuclear warhead during reentry, on following US nuclear warheads: (i) W-88 Trident D-5 SLBM, (ii) W-87 Peacekeeper ICBM, (iii) W-78 Minuteman III (Mark 12A) ICBM, (iv) W-76 Trident C-4 SLBM, (v) W-62 Minuteman III ICBM. The stolen U.S. nuclear secrets give the China design information on thermonuclear weapons on a par with our own. The stolen information also includes classified design information for enhanced radiation weapon (commonly known as the "neutron bomb"), which neither the United States, nor any other nation has yet deployed.

Nine. India should warn China that if China continued nuclear technology transfers to Pakistan than India might consider suitable retaliation by developing closer ties with Taiwan. China and Pakistan established global clandestine network of nuclear bazaar during Clinton, Reagan and Carter Administrations during 80s and 90s, perhaps with the tacit consent of the top leadership. President Clinton was happy that Pakistan could explode nuclear weapons within a month of Indian nuclear explosions in 1988. United States didn’t mind when President Pervez Musharraf threatened to use nuclear weapons against India.

Ten. Iranian nuclear threat against Israel is not an empty threat, and western powers must develop suitable response to Iranian nuclear blackmail. The chicken has come to roost in 2006. Now Iran threatens nuclear attacks on Israel and Western targets.

Eleven. The US Senate and Congress should ratify President Bush’s civilian nuclear deal with India. Perhaps Israel also stole nuclear secrets from the American weapon labs. The supporters of China, Pakistan and Israel in the Capitol Hill, the lobbyists of the countries that stole US nuclear weapons secrets from American weapon labs vociferously opposed President Bush’s civilian nuclear deal with India. Senators and Congressmen and Journalists that oppose the civilian nuclear deal with India were conspicuously silent when the Cox Report (1/3/1999) documented the two decade long thefts of nuclear weapon secrets from US labs by foreign powers including China.

(1) Who Allowed Nukes to Pakistan?

First. The question is: Why the CIA allowed the clandestine bazaar of nuke technology and components without it getting due publicity it deserved? Why did CIA not disclose the Dr. Khan’s nuke bazaar during Congressional Cox Report on Chinese espionage at United States nuclear weapons research laboratories? Did Pakistan also stole nuclear weapons designs from American nuclear weapons labs? Second. The question arises: Did Catholic Cocaine Cartel or Vatican steal nuclear technology from American nuclear weapons research laboratories? Why German Heavy Water Reactor, loaded on Pakistani ship and it disappeared on the high seas? Third. The nexus of Catholic Cocaine cartel and Sunni Heroin Cartel along with the nexus of Catholic Apocalyptic and Sunni Apocalyptic fundamentalism organized clandestine bazaar of nuclear components to create situations conducive for Apocalypse and Armageddon.

(2) Menace of Pakistani Atom Bomb!

Whether in the hands of Pakistan or Iran, Islamic Atom Bomb presents greatest threat to human Civilization. Why? One. President Pervez Musharraf threatened to use Nukes against India if ever Indian Army crosses the borders of Pakistan either for conventional warfare or for hot pursuit of Kashmiri terrorists, operating out of their home base in Pakistan.

Two. President Zia Ul Haq and Dr. A. Q. Khan didn’t develop Atom Bomb to promote Pakistan as a great power, but to develop Iran, Saudi Arabia and Libya as nuclear powers, to develop Islamic Atom Bomb financed by oil-incomes to ultimately destroy Christian Western Europe. Three. Western Europe has no defense against Islamic Nukes launched using North Korean missiles from the Middle East across the Mediterranean. Four. Pakistan’s nuclear program financed by the incomes of Sunni Heroin Cartel and it is likely that Islamic organized crime or Muslim terrorists may have access to nuclear technology or components, as Pakistan’s nuclear community is vulnerable to bribery. Five. Pakistan is an unstable state and Pakistan’s nukes are in danger of falling in the hands of Muslim fundamentalists. Six. Saudi Arabia and Iran has hired many retired Pakistani nuclear scientists and they have disappeared and acquired new identities and passports in Saudi Arabia and Iran.

(3) How Pakistan Got Atom Bomb?

China gave atom bomb designs to Pakistan. North Korea gave missiles and missile technology to Pakistan. Dr. A. Q. Khan stole uranium enrichment plant technology from Europe, where he worked as a scientist. Pakistan did not develop atom bomb it simply stole uranium enrichment technology and components from Netherlands, Holland and Germany, with tacit consent of the CIA during Reagan and Clinton Administrations. One. The CIA vetoed the arrest warrant against Dr. A. Q. Khan prior to his flight from Europe, with uranium enrichment plant drawings and detailed list of the nuclear equipment suppliers. China gave atom bomb designs and allowed Pakistan to conduct the atomic test in China, in exchange for Pakistani know-how for uranium enrichment plant. North Korea gave Pakistan nuclear capable missiles and missile technology, in exchange for Pakistani uranium enrichment plant technology know-how.

Two. German scientists, owing loyalty to Nazi Germany, worked in tandem with Pakistani nuclear to acquire for Germany Atom Bomb know-how, to help Germany develop nuclear weapons, if and when Germany decided to go nuclear. Three. The billions of dollars that Pakistani Sunni Heroin Cartel compromised the integrity of the CIA operatives, political leadership in the Western world, who gave misleading impression that Reagan Administration and Clinton Administration had tacitly approved the Pakistan’s nuke program to counter balance nuclear India.

Four. Global trading in uranium enrichment plant components and missile components could not have taken place with the direct complicity of top leadership in the Western world. America-led diplomacy to halt Iran’s program to enrich nuclear fuel must succeed if confrontation is to be avoided. President Bush should undertake preemptive attacks on Iran and establish permanent military bases in Iran to halt the spread of Islamic Nukes in the Middle East.

The acquisitions of nuclear weapons by Shiite Iran and Sunni Saudi Arabia are in the national interests neither of Protestant WASP United States nor of Hindu India and nor of Orthodox Slav Russia. United States, Russia and India, the leading Protestant, Orthodox and Hindu Civilizations have common national and civilization interests to wage war of civilizations on Iran and Saudi Arabia to militarily denuke and demilitarize Iran and Saudi Arabia to force the Islamic nuclear genie back into the bottle. Besides militarily stamping out the nuclear weapon programs of Iran, Saudi Arabia, Libya, UAE and Malaysia, both the super powers should bring about the reunification of nuclear India and nuclear Pakistan so that Muslim Pakistan’s nuclear scientists no longer tempted to sell their nuclear expertise to the oil-rich Islamic nations.

Wise President Bush invaded Iraq to unearth WMDs, similar invasions should be undertaken to denuke Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya. It is moral imperative that India should provide more than one million troops for coalition forces towards joint Indo-US invasions of Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya. It is moral imperative that United States should force Pakistan rejoin Indian Federation as a foolproof measure to eradicate the menace of Islamic Bomb. Half of the oil-incomes of Iran, Saudi Arabia, Libya and Malaysia should be set aside to pay to the Occupying Powers for maintaining law and order in these WMD-seeking countries.

(7) Islamic Bomb Threatens Great Powers

Seventh. Sale of nuke components, uranium enrichment plant and atom bomb designs to Iran, Libya, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia by rogue nuclear scientists of Pakistan, is a turning point in history and unless civilized great powers undertake decisive military actions against these WMD-seeking nations, the future of the civilized world is at stake. To protect the civilized world from nuclear attacks by rogue nations such as Iran, Saudi Arabia, Libya and Malaysia, the world powers, namely United States, India, Russia and China should jointly invade, occupy and colonize Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya and permanently demilitarize these nations. The loss of liberty or life of these thinly populated nations numbering less than 100 millions is acceptable collateral damage to protect the life of the 6 billion peoples of the planet earth. To protect the life and liberty of world civilizations it is moral imperative that United States, India, Russia and China should jointly militarily impose colonial rule over Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya to permanently demilitarize these WMD-seeking entities. The specter of nukes wielded by Muslim Iran, Saudi Arabia, Libya and Malaysia necessitates massive preemptive strikes by world powers, to impose rule by great powers over these nations. Loss of liberty and independence of Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya is lesser an evil than the menace these WMD-seeking nations could cause if they are allowed to remain free and independent. What President Bush did to Iraq, by invasion of Iraq for WMDs, must be repeated by invasions of Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya to keep the world safe from Islamic nukes. India should be willing to provide more than 1,000,000 Indian troops to Pentagon for the joint Indo-US invasions of Malaysia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Libya to permanently destroy their nuclear weapon development capabilities. The WMD-seeking OPEC nations should be brought under long-term colonial occupation of the civilized Great powers to keep the world safe from Islamic nukes.

Acquisition of nuclear weapon technology by any one of Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia threatens the nations security of India, United States, Russia and China. The menace of Islamic Atom Bomb necessitates the preemptive strikes by great powers against such Islamic nations as seek nukes. Great powers should permanently forestall acquisition of nuclear weapons by oil-rich Iran, Saudi Arabia, Libya and Malaysia. The legitimization of the concept of Colonialism and use of military forces for creating colonialism would determine the new world order in the 21st century. The new world order in the 21st century shall be colonial world order led and governed by leading world powers, namely, United States, China, India and Russia similar to the 18th and 19th century world order, which was a colonial world order, led by Britain, France and Russia.

Protestant American President George W. Bush very wisely invaded oil-rich Muslim Iraq to establish American oil-colony in Iraq. President Bush justified invasion of Iraq on grounds of WMDs. It set the legal precedent that would allow other great powers (namely USA, India, China and Russia) to invade other WMD-seeking nations, (namely Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Libya). President Bush’s invasion of Iraq on the grounds of WMDs, would justify the use of force by any one of the great powers against Malaysia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Libya, unless these nations voluntarily agree to permanently abandon the acquisition of nuclear technology. If United States could invade Iraq with impunity, then other great powers also have the similar rights to invade other nations seeking WMDs. Civilized world would prefer to keep WMDs seeking Islamic nations under colonial occupation, rather than acquire WMDs. While Bush’s invasion of Iraq failed to unearth WMDs in Iraq, it unearthed widespread network of nuclear smuggling that involved Pakistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Libya, Netherlands, Germany, Japan, Saudi Arabia and North Korea and others. Now as per customary international law, the great powers can legitimately invade other nations that seek WMDs.

Great powers including India would be fully justified in making preemptive invasions of Malaysia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Libya to keep these oil-rich nations from acquiring nuclear weapons. It would be better for the world if great powers brought Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya under colonial occupation to preempt them from acquiring nuclear weapons. President Bush’s invasion of Iraq heralded a new age of colonialism in the 21st Century and the other great powers should use it as the precedent to jointly invade Malaysia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Libya to prevent nuclear weapon proliferation.

Any Indian policy maker that claims that Iranian Nukes do not threaten India commits an act of high treason. India’s national interests coincide with that of United States in preventing Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya from acquiring nukes and WMDs. Iran should better be under US occupation or under other great powers rather than remain independent to become nuclear Iran. Nuclear Iran presents greater a threat to India than nuclear Pakistan. India should be willing to go to war against Iran, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia to denuke these WMD-seeking Muslim oil-rich nations.

Military occupation of WMD-seeking OPEC nations, namely Malaysia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Libya is in the common national interests of United States, India and Russia.

(12) Nuclear OPEC threatens USA

Twelfth. The prosperity of the United States depends on continued US domination of the OPEC nations and dollar being the reserve currency of global oil trade. The acquisition of nuclear weapon technology by Iran, Saudi Arabia, Libya and Malaysia threatens American domination of world oil trade. It is against the national interest of the United States to allow the proliferation of nuclear technology to Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya.

United States cannot depend upon the direct support of Russia, China or Pakistan to eradicate the menace of nuclear technology proliferation to Iran, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Libya. Russia competes with United States for influence over oil-producing OPEC nations, namely Iran and Libya and might not cooperate with the USA for preemptive strikes against Iran, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Libya. Nuclear Iran is in the national interests of neither China, nor India, nor United States nor Russia. Nuclear Iran would threaten the eastern soft belly of China in Muslim majority Eastern Turkestan, Xinjian-Sinkiang province. Nuclear Iran would threaten China’s oil-sources in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Nuclear Iran is not in China’s national interests. Nuclear Malaysia is not in China’s national interests. India and China should cooperate and install the Pahlevi Monarchy in Iran and banish Ayatollahs from Iran. Abolition of Ayatollahs rule and reinstallation of Pahlavi Monarchy in Iran would be in the national interests of United States and India as well as that of China and Russia, if it resulted in the permanent demilitarization and denuking of Iran.

Pakistan could be persuaded to join forces with India to jointly invade occupy and de-militarize Iran and Saudi Arabia and bring Iran and Saudi Arabia under the control of Aryan South Asia.

It is also in the national interest of India to help United States consolidate its hold over Arabia and Caspian region. The Oil interests of USA and India in 2004 necessitated the USA-India Pact to consolidate the stronghold of civilized nations over oil-producing Islamic nations. While in 1947 oil caused the partition of India, the oil interests in 2004 would require India to exercise greater role in the oil-rich region, lest these nations either are taken over by fundamentalists or develop nukes.

It is inconceivable that the CIA didn’t know about the widespread nuclear bazaar developed by Dr. Khan, which sold nuke components, designs of Atom Bombs, complete Uranium enrichment plant and all related supplies to Iran, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Japan, Germany and North Korea.

It is a well known fact that the United States created the mess known as the Islamic Bomb, and it is now the responsibility of the United States to clear this mess created by monster Islamic nuclear menace immediately, as there is no time to waste. It is true that the loyalties of many lawmakers and policymakers, in the executive as well as legislative branches of the US government got compromised, influenced by the Saudi bribe money. Corrupt legislators and government officials have distorted the geopolitical thinking of the White House by presenting the lethal enemies of the United States as the real friends of the United States.

(4) Bush Wisely Invaded Iraq for WMDs

Fourth. Had President Bush not invaded Iraq for WMDs, the world would have not known about the widespread transfer of nuclear materials, nuclear bomb designs, uranium enrichment plants, nuclear capable missiles by rogue nuclear scientists of Pakistan to Iran, Libya, Malaysia, UAE and Saudi Arabia. Wise President George W. Bush invaded Iraq to eliminate the WMDs. Just because Saddam Hussein could destroy the drawings and uranium enrichment plants supplied by Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan’s Nuke super market, didn’t affect the legitimacy of the American invasion of Iraq. United States was right to declare its moral authority to invade an OPEC nation, namely Iraq to deny its ability to develop nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction. Civilized world supports the great powers’ right to invade nations seeking WMDs by Nuke Bazaar. However, President Bush should continue the wise policy of invasions to prevent the nuclear proliferation by undertaking massive strikes against Iran, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Libya, so that under occupation of great powers these nations would never be able to acquire nuclear weapons and WMD capabilities.

To tame the menace of Islamic Atom Bomb in the bud, the United States in alliance with fellow great powers such as India should launch invasions of Iran, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia immediately, at least before December 31st, 2004 after Presidential elections held in November 2004. United States and other world powers namely India and Russia have no option but to invade Iran, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia to permanently demilitarize these nations to impose nuclear embargo on these nations.

(5) Nuclear Brazil Mexico Japan Germany

Fifth. Failure of the United States to address the security problems of Asian nuclear proliferation, by forcible demilitarization of Saudi Arabia, Iran, Malaysia and Libya shall give rise to suspicion that the white Christian West deliberately promoting nuclear weapon proliferation in Asia to cause nuclear exchange in overpopulated Hindu Buddhist Muslim Asia, to ensure the rise of white Europe. Failure to punish Iran, Libya, Malaysia and Saudi would result in the proliferation of nuclear weapon technology to Germany, Japan, Taiwan, Brazil, Mexico, Canada and South Africa. United States would no longer be able to remain the sole nuclear power in the New World, North & South America. Cuba would learn the lesson and buy North Korean missiles and Chinese Atom Bomb designs. Failures to severely punish Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya for nuclear transgression, would result in nuclear weapon proliferation to Brazil, Mexico and Canada, besides Cuba. United States has no option but to join forces with India and other world powers to jointly invade and occupy Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya to permanently demilitarize these WMD-seeking countries. United States cannot allow the nuclear weapon proliferation in Asia without risking the nuclear weapons proliferation in Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Venezuela and Cuba. Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya must face the wrath of world powers and forcibly occupied and demilitarized by world powers to keep the civilized world safe from Islamic nuclear terrorists.

37(4) If Pakistan Nukes India? Islam and Islamic World Dies

If Pakistan or any Islamic nation attacks India with nuclear weapons, the Indian nuclear, biological and chemical warfare retaliation would result in the extinction of Islam as religion as well as the extinction of the Islamic civilization in the Middle East. There is no fear of India Pakistan nuclear war, because Pakistan realizes that attack on Hindu India would mean the end of Islam as religion, and Pakistan conspiring to take over Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates in the pretense of leading Islamic Jihad. It is very likely that Musharraf Dynasty would replace Al Saud dynasty of Saudi Arabia, and Al Sabah dynasty of Kuwait and Wahhabi Emirates of UAE.

Sunni Arab Race and Sunni Islam Religion would cease to exist if Muslim Sunni Pakistan undertakes preemptive nuclear strikes against Hindu India. Muslim nuclear attack one billion Hindu India would result in the destruction of Sunni Islam and Wahhabi Arab race. In retaliation of preemptive nuclear strike, Indian second strike nuclear, and biological retaliation would nuke Mecca, Medina, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Bahrain, Rabat, Tunis, Islamabad, and Lahore. India would not nuke Karachi, land of Sindhis and Mohajirs.

Post-nuclear attack India would be forced to resettle 400 million Indians in Arabian Peninsula and North Africa. Muslim nuclear attack on one billion-strong Hindu India would result in annihilation of Islam in North Africa and Arabian Peninsula and eradication of Wahhabi Sunni Islam in North Africa and Arabian Peninsula. India would partition Pakistan into separate sovereign states of Sindh, Baluchistan, and Pakhtoonistan. India can easily absorb destruction of 25 million Hindu lives by 25 Muslim nukes, but in retaliation would be legally entitled to hang 250 million Sunnis and Wahhabis and supporters of AlQaeda and Taliban. Prophet Mohammed had forecast the End of Islam in 15th Century Hijra, the present Islamic century. The Source of evil is not in Pakistani race, who are of Aryan descent, but Evil Wahhabi Sunni cult of Saudi Arabian origin, to which terrorist Osama bin Laden belongs. Perhaps Afghans, Pathans, Shiite Iranians and Shiite Saudi Arabians would join forces with Hindu India to eradicate the evil Wahhabi Sunni cult from North Africa and Arabian Peninsula.

Pakistan is a civilized nation, and brothers of Indians, so the civilized Pakistani leadership would overthrow Musharraf and reinstall the democratically elected government of Prime Minister Nawaj Sharief. President Pervez Musharraf would be executed by firing squad by patriotic Sindhis, Baluchis and Pathans.

There is no fear of India Pakistan nuclear war. Islamic nuclear weapons would be used against Catholic Rome, as a prelude to recreation of Islamic Ottoman Empire under the leadership of nuclear Pakistan. Pakistani Ottoman Empire would extend from Morocco to Islamabad. Pakistan would control the Islamic Holy sites in Mecca and Medina. Pakistan has emerged as leader of Islamic world, and hence the Saudi provinces of Mecca and Medina should be handed over to Pakistan and half of oil incomes of OPEC nations reserved for Pakistan as tribute. Pakistan has inherited the Islamic Ottoman Empire, and all the oil wealth of OPEC nations, North Africa and Arabian Peninsula belongs to Pakistan as a matter of right of the Caliph of Islam. India supports the Pakistani conquest of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and UAE, as a bargaining chip to avert nuclear Holocaust. India supports the Chinese conquest of Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia as a bargaining chip to gain Chinese support in case of India-Pakistan War.

There is no fear of India Pakistan nuclear exchange, even if India attacks Pakistan and conquers Pakistan. After conquering Pakistan India would make Pakistan the Caliph of Islam and help create Pakistani Ottoman Empire, extending from Morocco to Islamabad.

(1) The People's Republic of China (PRC) has stolen design information on the United States most advanced thermonuclear weapons. The PRCs next generation of thermonuclear weapons, currently under development, will exploit elements of stolen U.S. design information. PRC penetration of our national weapons laboratories spans at least the past several decades and almost certainly continues today. The People's Republic of China (PRC) has stolen design information on the United States’ most advanced thermonuclear weapons. The People's Republic of China (PRC) has stolen classified design information on the United States’ most advanced thermonuclear weapons. These thefts of nuclear secrets from our national weapons laboratories enabled the PRC to design, develop, and successfully test modern strategic nuclear weapons sooner than would otherwise have been possible. The stolen U.S. nuclear secrets give the PRC design information on thermonuclear weapons on a par with our own.

(2) The PRC thefts from American National Laboratories began at least as early as the late 1970s, and significant secrets are known to have been stolen as recently as the mid-1990s. Such thefts almost certainly continue to the present. The stolen information includes classified information on seven U.S. thermonuclear warheads, including every currently deployed thermonuclear warhead in the U.S. ballistic missile arsenal. China stole classified design information for enhanced radiation weapon, commonly known as the "neutron bomb", which neither the United States, nor any other nation has yet deployed.

The PRC has obtained classified information on the following Seven U.S. thermonuclear warheads, as well as a number of associated reentry vehicles (the hardened shell that protects the thermonuclear warhead during reentry). The China has stolen the technology of the following seven U.S. Warheads and Nuclear Missile Currently Deployed: (i) W-88 Trident D-5 SLBM, (ii) W-87 Peacekeeper ICBM, (iii) W-78 Minuteman III (Mark 12A) ICBM, (iv) W-76 Trident C-4 SLBM, (v) W-62 Minuteman III ICBM. China has also stolen the technology of the following warheads, namely: (vi) W-56 Minuteman II ICBM, (vii) W-70 Lance SRBM.

The W-88, a miniaturized, tapered warhead, is the most sophisticated nuclear weapon the United States has ever built. In the U.S. arsenal, it is mated to the D-5 submarine-launched ballistic missile carried aboard the Trident nuclear submarine. The PRC has stolen U.S. design information and other classified information for neutron bomb warheads. The PRC stole classified U.S. information about the neutron bomb from a U.S. national weapons laboratory. In the late 1970s, the PRC stole design information on the U.S. W-70 warhead from the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory.

The primary focus of this long-term, ongoing PRC intelligence collection effort has been on the following national weapons laboratories: Los Alamos Lawrence Livermore, Oak Ridge, and Sandia

37(6) US Foreign Policy Options

(1) Horizontal Proliferation of Nukes

One. Horizontal proliferation of nuclear weapons among oil-rich OPEC nations is the greatest threat facing the civilized world in the 21st century, and the civilized great powers must act fast and concert with one another to deploy massive force to permanently demilitarize these WMD-seeking oil producers. Nuke wielding Oil-powers become a double menace to the civilized world as they are led by intolerant fundamentalism fired with the Jihad zeal. Since the economic assets of the oil-producers in deep down which would survive intact in the event of nuclear exchange, they could be reckless in their use of nuclear weapons. Only way the nuclear menace of Islamic Bomb could be averted is by the converted move of the world powers to bring Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya under colonial occupation of the world powers. Loss of life liberty sovereignty of these WMD-seeking Islamic nations of less than 100 million population would be a necessary and acceptable collateral damage, to protect the planet earth of 6 billion people.

To safeguard the civilized world these intolerant fundamentalist Islamic nuke-seeking nations should be brought under the colonial control of the world powers, namely, United States, India, Russia and China. These nuke-seeking thinly populated OPEC nations should be permanently demilitarized and their nuclear capability permanently destroyed, before they get time to acquire sizeable nuclear arsenal. It is moral imperative that world powers must immediately invade conquer and colonize Iran, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Libya, before they are able to acquire, deploy and stockpile nukes. Horizontal proliferation of nuclear weapon technology is preventable only by the decisive use of military force by world powers against the WMD-seeking nations.

(2) US Options in Taming Iranian Nukes

Two. President Carter was the Father of the Shiite Islamic dictatorship of the Mullahs in Iran. President Jimmy Carter orchestrated the overthrow of the Iranian Pahlevi Monarchy in 1979 and anointed arch-fundamentalist Ayatollah Khomeini into power in Iran, and sabotaged the government of Prime Minister Bain Sad and forcefully ordered Iranian generals not to stage a military coup in Iran to prevent Ayatollah Khomeini from taking over Iran. President Jimmy Carter is the Father of the Islamic political fundamentalism and anointed the first Mullah as the legitimate ruler of the oil-producing nation. But for the open endorsement by Carter Administration of Islamic fundamentalism the Saudi Arabian Wahhabi Mullahs and fundamentalists would not become a global political force in the oil-rich Islamic world.

First. The rule of Ayatollahs in Iran can easily end, whenever United States decides to politically encourage the pro-democracy pro-freedom pro-feminism Iranians. It is high time that Pahlevi Monarchy is reestablished in Iran and Mullahs expelled from Iran. President Jimmy Carter ordered the CIA to organize the overthrow of Aryan Shah Mohammed Riza Pahlevi, principally to undermine the power of Iran and to catapult Semite Saudi Arabia as the leader of Islamic world. United States and India should support the restoration of Prince Riza Pahlevi as the future King of Iran and the women of Iran should get equal rights as the men. The restoration of Pahlevi monarchy should be conditional on Iran forswearing the acquisition of nuclear technology and nukes.

Second, the coalition of great powers led by United States and India should invade Iran and permanently demilitarize Iran. The half of the oil incomes of Iran should be set aside to pay for the expense of the occupying powers. Iran should be permanently demilitarized and de-nuked. India and the United States should jointly rule and administer Iran for the foreseeable time.

Third, the Iranian Nukes are menacing because Iran has vast reservoir of Uranium ore and has acquired Uranium enrichment plants from Pakistan, so it can mass-produce weapon-grade enriched uranium. Iran has got detailed engineering drawings of the implosion-type enriched Uranium based Atom Bomb. Iran has got North Korean missiles and developed missiles that can deliver nukes. United States, Russia and India should jointly invade Iran and occupy it and permanently demilitarize Iran. Half of Iran’s oil earnings should pay for the cost of the occupation and colonial administration by the occupying powers. Neither India nor Russia can accept the menace of Iranian nukes in hands of intolerant fundamentalist Ayatollahs of Iran.
